This is a small place inside but I really Appreciated the Peaceful Environment
Picnic Tables for Outside Seating
Would be hard to find without Google Maps
Great Experience!!!
Definitely 5 Stars!
Thank you Laura… You were Awesome
Great Pad Thai…. Thai Iced Tea…. Egg Rolls…. Green Curry… Mango with Sticky Rice… So Good
Even though it was outdoor seating at picnic tables, there was one girl taking orders, and another guy delivering food, we did have to wait a bit for our food, but the point of the meet up was chatting and socializing so it wasn’t a huge deal. The food arrived hot and was pretty good. My main complaint is that the portion seemed a little small for the price point, I got the Tom Kha soup and $13 for a pint of soup and a scoop of rice seemed high. The flavor of the broth was good but there were definitely more onions than chicken! That being said I liked that the spice level didn’t seem to be lowered- I got a 3/5 and it definitely made my nose run a bit XD
All in all I think to really get an accurate read I’d have to try again under more normal circumstances.
We decided to give Rose’s Kitchen a chance and boy are we glad we did! We even liked it more than our previous favorite making this our new fave.
Our only complaint is that we wish the portions were bigger haha.
We got the Pad Kee Mao and Pad See Ew. Highly recommend!!
We ordered a green curry, which traditionally comes with rice, not a suggestion of rice. This wasn’t a portion, it was a whisper. A garnish. A symbolic gesture. You’d think we’d asked for carbs during a famine.
And the flavor? Below average. Not “subtle.” Not “authentic.” Just… bland. Probably the worst Thai food I’ve ever had, and that includes sad airport Thai eaten with a plastic fork at Gate C12.
Without rice, the curry is just hot, beige disappointment sloshing around in a container, daring you to care. It’s like being handed a joke with no punchline and still being charged for it.
Of course it was Uber Eats, so there’s no marching back in righteous fury. No eye contact. No confrontation. Just sitting at home, staring into the box thinking, Did I do something to deserve this?
If your business model is portion control combined with culinary apathy, congratulations — you’ve perfected it.
Would I order again? Only if I’m trying to lose my appetite permanently.
$70 for all of this! And the rice in the picture .. that’s how it looked when I opened the container! I didn’t touch it! Threw it away! It was awful! Maybe this place had great ingredients 10 years ago and thought nobody will notice if they use trash! It was trash! If I didn’t have two drinks in me I wouldn’t have driven it back and asked for my money back!
⭐️☆☆☆☆
One star — and even that feels generous.
Overall, we really enjoyed our food and time spent at Rose’s!
