This is the third time I’ve Order their chicken curry power bowl and no sweet potatoes are in it! They gave me ONE sweet potato and the rest regular potato! I literally ordered this bowl for the sweet potatoes, not regular potatoes! They need to stop taking shortcuts if you’re out of sweet potatoes let the customers know so they can order something else! I’m upset.

Does Zupas know avocado is extra? Crazy to charge someone $2 for that amount. They seem to be consistently running out of rice whenever I go and you can see from this chronically underfilled bowl (aside from meat) it’s a more widespread issue. I’ve had this happen before then had to go into the store because after cancelling my order bc they were out of rice it didn’t issue me a refund. I think the idea of Zupas but the execution is always underwhelming.

I ordered for delivery and was happy with my meals. Went in to the store this time…Atmosphere was nice, service was friendly. Not sure why they have a tip jar out, they’re not doing anything diff than a fast food chain! ♀️
I ordered the curry soup, very good! I also indulged in the Dubai choco Strawberries, so GOOD but too pricey! Overall a good meal but not sure it was worth the $40+ for TWO people for lunch!

I loved the soup selection, and also how you can get two soups. The soup and sandwich was literally only $12.99! And came with a chocolate covered strawberry and fresh/yummy roll.
Cauliflower, Lobster Soup, Avocado Club with ham instead of turkey was good!
The to-go container was awesome as well haha, had a spot for soup and two other dividers.

This was my first time at Cafe Zupas. Very inviting. It was bright and clean. I was greeted by a very nice man who offered menu suggestions. He helped me navigate the ordering process. I ordered the soup (mushroom) and salad (California cobb) combo. Both were delicious. When I got to the soup section the nice lady there offered me a sample of the tomato soup. It was so good but I had my heart set on the mushroom. The baguette I received was really more like an amazing dinner roll. But I’m not complaining, I’m not a fan of a tough baguette. The chocolate covered strawberry, really, I mean wow what a bonus. I didn’t eat it I gave it to my mom who loves them. She said it was very good. I got all this food for $12.99. I will be coming here again.

Clean, delicious, wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was a delight; the manager J was truly stand-out! My soup and salad were killer and very well priced. (Any place with lobster bisque is good on my list ) They also had some of the cutest mocktails, a dirty soda station, and even seasonal iced cocoa that was to die for! Every meal comes with a roll and a chocolate strawberry. Truly a place that does an excellent job with their core meal and rounds out spectacularly with the little details. Just a lovely place to eat at. We will be back soon!!!

Their food and drinks are good but don’t use their drive through unless you ordered ahead. They either don’t pay attention to the drive through window, so you wait for them their and/or after paying, they send you to the drive thru waiting spot and completely forget you exist for 10+ mins. Unless making one sandwich takes them that long to make while they’re not even busy.
The one time I went I to order, I had the same problem of being ignored for 10 mins until the manager shows up to take my order.

Always have loved Zupas in Easton. Went to this location because it was closer. Food was actually pretty good per usual, but the portion size was disappointing for the price and smaller than I remember. Of course, that is to no fault of the workers and probably a push from corporate overhead. Whatever. However, my girlfriend and I walked in and saw a sign for dirty sodas. Being a victim of simple advertising, I bought a drink. Drink station looked ransacked. Creamer looked like it had been there since the previous presidential administration was in office. Dirty soda was more of a disgusting syrup concoction. And don’t get me started on the wait time. We waited for 10-15 minutes for the food. Girlfriend’s soup was cold. Other customers were visibly upset with the waiting times, too. INCLUDING drive through. The two black gentlemen who helped us were exceptionally nice, but the white lady looked at me as if I had just burnt her house down. It seemed as if people were just standing around. I was given my sandwich, then told not to touch it? Communication is a lost art unfortunately. My girlfriend wanted to get a to-go container for her arctic soup, and she was glanced at by a worker, then completely ignored. If you want to feel as worthless as possible, and even wonder how anyone that works here got the job, RUN, don’t walk, to this location.
