Salad bar was ok. Buffet food was old and cold. Several unbussed tables. No employees in sight. I understand the check out process is partially automated but the cashier had the audacity to point out where to leave a tip at a buffet.

Went to this Pizza Ranch for a kids birthday party. Ended up getting the buffet because we were really looking forward to the chicken. When we first went up to the buffet the chicken looked overly cooked and like it had been sitting there for hours (this establishment was not busy for a Saturday evening). We asked if fresh chicken would be coming out, and was told yes. When the fresh chicken arrived we grabbed a thigh and a drumstick. My husband bit into the thigh and immediately spit it out and said the skin was not cooked. Upon looking down at the thigh the meat right under the skin was pink and raw. Once he peeled some of the meat up it was completely raw and left blood on his plate. He brought it up to the manager and and she grabbed the plate from him and said “Oh no that’s not good” and turned and brought it into the kitchen. Never coming back out, and no apology what so ever. Later when she came to tell us to leave the party room my husband brought it up to her again and she told him “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do about it and you need to get a hold of the owner.” Um, who is the owner and how do we contact them because we would love to speak to them about serving raw chicken. She ran away and hid in the back before we could ask her how to get ahold of them. It’s not even about being compensated it’s the fact that RAW CHICKEN is being served and other people need to be aware of this before eating there.

so, i went to this basketball game today you know, with my 2nd cousin Regina and my toyota tacoma. it was a really good game, and it made my appetite outrageous! I need ed to eat immediately! and then i saw THE PIZZA RANCH. I HAD to stop IMMEDIATELY. I ran in, and grabbed my first slice of delectable and juicy finger licking good pizza, when to my surprise, BONE APPETIT! My pizza had grown bones!!! Make sure to dress up when you come here, things are bound to get sticky!

When I heard we are going to the Pizza Ranch, I really couldn’t help myself but dress up for the occasion! I got on my plaid button down shirt, black vest, black cowboy hat, my big ol cowboy belt buckle with a stallion on the buckle, and snazzy bolo tie. What do you mean it’s not that kind of ranch? The best part of this was my in-laws were joining us for lunch. When you walk in you’re immediately greeted by western decor and the smell of fresh baked pizza pie. The lighting gives off a warm casual touch. You could say I was the only one to remember to dress for this outfit. I didn’t mind though, with the country music playing up ahead I was happy as could be. There wasn’t a long line to get inside and the pizza looked very fresh. Our kids loved the variety of pizza along with the all you can eat salad bar, and desserts. I have to say the blueberry dessert pie with the brown sugar crumble on top is absolutely delicious, but don’t take my word for it, come on down and try it for yourself. Not only does this place have an all you can eat pizza buffet with a great country ambience, they have an arcade!! Yeehaw!!! We have a blast, we got tickets and prizes. If you guys need a birthday party plan then look no further. First off had to wait ten minutes to get seated. Second floors are dirty as heck my basement floor is cleaner. Little choices to choose from and it wasn’t busy no excuse for how we got treated. And the food cold and it’s 7:30 right now and I’m waiting inside Pizza ranch for my orders to get from could try kitchen next door. Never going again wasted my money

Was not busy at time of visit, pizza was good, not a lot of variety. A few things were empty or running out on buffet. Overall everything seemed clean and was happy with service. Arcade was fun and staff was available quickly when we were ready.
