Updated Review – 2/16/25: Once again… delicious food! Still our favorite Chinese restaurant in Racine! We had Crab Rangoons, a Vegetable Egg Roll, a Shrimp Egg Roll, Hot and Spicy soup, Chicken Fried Rice, and Shrimp with Cashews… and of course, fortune cookies. Everything was hot and delicious! We highly recommend Yellow Ginger Chinese Restaurant!

Original Review: Yellow Gingers is now our favorite Chinese restaurant in Racine. The food is delicious!!! The Hot and Sour soup was incredible. The Crab Rangoons were perfect. The Egg Rolls were jam packed with shrimp and chicken. The Steamed Dumplings were out of this world! Our main dishes were more than we could possibly eat. (Shrimp with Cashews and Chicken with Broccoli). The good news is we had leftovers for the next day. I highly recommend Yellow Ginger Chinese Restaurant. We can’t wait to try it again.

The food was incredibly tasty. I had some of the best Chicken with Broccoli I have ever had. I love their Sesame Balls. I can’t have anything with dairy, and the Sesame Balls are a wonderful treat for me.

Not worth it.. the food was gross!!! The bourbon chicken tasted like bologna. And the teriyaki chicken had a weird taste. Do not waste your money. The chicken fried rice was also flavorless

Food is good but they charge a surcharge on debit cards which your not suppose too it’s only suppose to be a surcharge for credit cards but even then the customer shouldn’t pay for the surcharge the owners get charged for that.

I am displeased to say the least. Although I usually do not use DoorDash due to the extra costs involved, I used that service to have the food delivered because I couldn’t leave to pick up my order. Every bite was a greasy assault on my taste buds. I ordered two egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice – all heavily loaded within an inch of the food’s life with dark brown grease. I should have taken a picture and I’m sorry I didn’t.
I’ve ordered food from Yellow Ginger in the past, and although not my favorite, the food was ok. Not exceptional but good enough to eat without any issues. Unfortunately, this experience was rough, but I may give the establishment another shot because my husband likes the food each time we’ve ordered in the past except for this one.

This place is horrible!!!You order food at 415pm they say by 515 you will have it delivered you call them at 6 ask where food is oh driver just left with order now it’s 630 they are less then a mile away and still no food gets to me645 no door bell
