We went in to order and they were busy with online orders, so we sat down. I went to the bathroom and my boyfriend waited for them to get done with the online orders because they didn’t acknowledge us while making them. However, when I was in the bathroom an older man came in to order and they served him immediately. Not sure why they ignored us and decided to serve him right away while we had to wait. Also we could see a blonde girl with tattoos taking a drink and going on her phone in the drive through area while one guy was making the 8 online pickup sandwiches alone. She also did not wash her hands before finally going to the register and cashing us out.

I ordered a spicy Italian online, paid and was given a confirmation number. When I got to the building, the sandwich was not ready. I was told there was no wheat bread. I was not given an option of a different bread. When I asked for a refund, it was a very quick “YUP! We can refund you!”

This particular Subway had very helpful, friendly staff who did their job quite well. All of the tables and booths were clean, the dining area was well lit, and the floors were free of litter. The bathrooms were clean, but the toilet in the standard stall never stopped running. The staff said they were aware of the problem, but were waiting on it to be fixed. Compared to many other Subways I’ve visited, I was rather impressed with this one, overall.

25+ minute wait time in the drive thru. No one ever came to the window, 2 cars behind us drove off before we gave up also. Save yourself time and go to Oakdale Subway.

I went to get food here and they were really slow with making the order which I fully understand but I wasn’t even asked about what I wanted to order as I walked up to the counter so I sat down and watched as they did another man’s order that entered after me and after he left and they still didn’t ask what I wanted until after maybe 10 minutes and after I ordered I didn’t even get a to go bag.

I placed a order almost 6 hours before hand and got there for pickup just to find out within them 6 hours they couldn’t have even made 2 loafs of bread for 2 sandwich’s and all they had was flatbread. Placed an order way ahead of time to make sure they had time to have everything for it and they couldn’t even do that. Never even called to let me know.
