It was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon. That didn’t keep Arturo and the rest of the crew from taking orders and making food in a timely manner. Our order was placed and completed correctly and it was delicious! For inside of a mall food court we enjoyed our visit!

I am always so welcomed every time I come here!! The food is always fresh and the strawberry lemonade is so good. The workers greet you and take your orders super fast and their smiles never leave their faces! They are also always offering samples and will wave goodbye to you when you leave. This is a great place and I love spending my money here.

Me and my family came here Saturday Nov 29th we felt very rushed with ordering the man was taking the orders was talking so fast the workers seems to have attitudes. I noticed with different races ordering they would be patient (African American) people just a rush. I had to ask for my cup of ranch after I paid for it 66cent for a cup I showed my receipt that I paid for it they had an attitude giving it to me and a attitude when I asked for a to go bad. This place is trash and I won’t be back. The pictures are some of the guys who were completely rude, plus the man taking the orders.

We had a great experience at Charlie’s Philly Steaks! They were extremely busy with a large catering order, but the team was still so accommodating and patient with us. Even while slammed, they stayed friendly and made sure our order was handled with care.
A special thank you to the manager, Arturo, who went out of his way to help us with a refill after a spill. He was so kind and attentive, especially during such a hectic time. Impressed with the service — we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing workers, great energy, delicious food. Everything gets made right in front of you. Highly recommend the strawberry lemonade. Shame they’re in a cramped space in the back of a loud, crowded food court, these folks deserve a restaurant of their own. 5/5 food, 5/5 service, 3/5 atmosphere.

My last 2 orders have been inaccurate and disgusting. I tried reaching out to address the issues to be completely disregarded and ignored. I won’t be ordering from here again. I paid $20 for lettuce and barely any cheese (note I paid extra for cheese). Not to mention tomato and all other ingredients on only one half of my large sandwich, and my banana peppers on the side like an afterthought? No, thank you. I can do better than this with less effort.
