I found this little place to be just lovely, with friendly counter staff and super yummy salted caramel chocolates. It’s always a crap shoot with airport shops, and this one is delightful. I am so glad I stopped by – I’m dreaming of the chocolates that barely made it home…

Good place for grab and go. Prefab sandwiches are very good. You apply your own condiments which keeps the sandwiches fresher. Beats the burger joint in the s terminal by a mile. Get your food before you go to S.

While waiting at the airport, I stopped here for coffee. The customer service was excellent, and the Turkish coffee was rich and flavorful. I really appreciated having an alternative to Starbucks and the chance to try something different.

Had the crab toast and each of the three oyster types. Oysters were fresh and very tasty. Crisp with a raspberry vinaigrette. The crab toast light and perfectly made. Fresh crab and perfectly balanced with the cheese.

First let me say that when I write reviews, I typically write positive or neutral reviews. I rarely write a negative review of places, because I think that everyone and every place of business have off days. So here my experience.
We were waiting to order some chocolate that looked absolutely delicious. An employee walked over and I inquired about the price. My husband was still deciding, however, he was ready within seconds. Unfortunately, this is where the experience went South. We continued to wait for several minutes. I became frustrated and spoke out about not only the length of time that we were waiting, but also the fact that the employee walked away and never returned. Another employee overheard my frustration and voiced that I should have walked down to place my order. Ok, fair enough, I was standing in the wrong spot. Nevertheless, the first employee could have returned or better yet, asked us for an order prior to walking off. From my perspective, the first employee walked away and never attempted to help us. Once the second employee heard my frustration, she NEVER once said attempted to rectify the situation. She looked at me and kept saying bye. I am a minority and granted the ladies that I conversed with are minorities too. So it’s difficult for me to think about race in this interaction. However, I can’t help but to think that the first employee walked away and never asked for our order because of the color of my skin. She may not be that way, but why would anyone walk away in customer service and not return. Additionally, the second employee did not try to help either and kept saying bye. Perhaps, it was an oversight or an off day, or good ol fashion racism. Whatever the case may be I hope that we all have a better day.

Cashier was very nice & sweet. Barista with the green hair is very rude. I ordered an iced drink. She made a hot one, when I asked for it iced she gave me a mini cup of ice. I paid almost $10 for my drink. I would at least like it to be made right.
The nice cashier helped me out. 5 stars for her.

I was so excited to get something here as the place caught my attention as soon as I walked by. Sadly , the employees working there made my experience a poor one. If it wasn’t for the food and coffee , I’d give it a 1 star. I ordered a Signature Mocha and a Macchiato shot . I asked about the difference between macchiato and another shot and the girl ringing me up seemed pretty bothered explaining. I also got a raspberry croissant which she asked if I wanted it warmed, which I chose. You have to wait for them to call your name ( I assume they know the name by the card if you pay by card, as I wasn’t asked for it). The ordered came in quick , however they did not put my signature mocha ( which I already placed ), she assumed I didn’t need it. We were arguing about that and I had to tell her again that I also ordered that one. They rang me a second time, without even apologizing. When my macchiato came , I wasn’t sure if it was sweet, I asked the girl and she said yes, it has sugar. Apparently she did not pay attention to my question, as it was not sweet at all . I had to go back and add some sugar . The croissant was good but the raspberry filling was falling out as I reached to it, it even fall on my shoes, so pay attention if you order that.
Prices are pretty high like any airport, a sandwich is $12 and up . At least if their service could justify it. I won’t stop here if I ever come through this airport again. And by the way , you get no receipt for the order.

Great coffee, especially the 52, but the lids for cold beverages are bizarre. This is not a good shape, whoever designed these does not know what a mouth looks like

Very pricey, with a plain bagel being almost $6, but it’s in an airport so it’s to be expected. However, my bad review comes from the fact the lady in front of me received her coffee, drank from it, realized it was not mixed at all, rightfully asked for it to be mixed, and the lady working there proceeded to mix the coffee and put that SAME WHISK BACK INTO USE FOR OTHER COFFEES. That whisk was then used to mix other people’s drinks. Absolutely disgusting.

Caramel latte was real good. Thats for certain. The issue: the green bio lids they use smell like melting plastic and get worse the longer its on the cup. Took off instantly. Much better experience after. Dilettante, fix your lids!
