I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts on November 1st around 6 PM. The lights were off, there was no open sign, and it looked like the store was closed. When someone finally came to take my order, he was playing a game on his phone while handling cash and preparing my drink.. extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. He gave me a room-temperature coffee instead of a hot one, and when I asked if it was even hot, he told me to wait while he made another. I ended up asking for a refund and told them I didn’t want the coffee anymore.. not even a simple apology was given. This was very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will be calling corporate to report it.

I don’t go to this location very often so I don’t know if this is the norm but I ordered a Wake up wrap, which was VERY delicious and got the Hashbrowns with it which were fairly cold and had consistency as though they had been sitting under a warmer for a while, definitely NOT fresh… but all in all, i’d return. I do wish you could order on the mobile app without ‘reloading’, but I know that’s not the Franchise owners fault.

I am shocked at the low ratings of this Dunkin’ Donuts as I’ve always had a good experience here. The coffee has been great (except on one occasion) and the staff has always been friendly and service quick.

Recently, we ordered a large hot latte via mobile app, and it was burnt and bitter so we drove back to return it through drive-thru. The staff was apologetic about it and handled the situation so well that it made me feel bad for returning it. The girl who handed us our new latte was so kind, and noticed our dog in the car and offered her a pup cup. Our dog was beyond excited for it as it was her first pup cup ever!

The next morning, we placed a mobile order again and went through drive-thru, and the same worker remembered us and asked if we had our dog with us. It was such a sweet gesture and I wish I got her name because she deserves to be recognized for her great customer service and kindness!

Thank you for making our day, and our dog’s day too!

It’s laughable it’s sad that the workers and their family are the only ones that give positive reviews about this location. People clearly bought into a franchise and And now life sucks for them and everyone who goes there. Not only do they name more workers, they need ones who are familiar with the menu, have the money and work ethic to provide quality product, and overall –need to know the business they’re in. My order has never been correct when it was handed to me, not once. The lines take forever because the little old lady takes the orders and executes them. They forget silverware and donuts and the last time they forgot to return my credit card! They ask you 5 million times what your order is only to get it wrong because The old woman takes the orders there and she has no idea what the menu is. Everything is an upcharge because they have no money to run that business. They don’t clean out the machines making everything taste burnt or it’s stale. And I’m talking real stale. One time I had ordered a bagel and it was rock hard as if it had been sitting there a month. And because the old woman can’t understand her own menu or the people ordering off of it, she will condescend you and/or correct you. The first two times I visited, I was disappointed. The third time I visited I was frustrated but didn’t want the women’s get in trouble or to leave a bad review when they were starting this business. The fourth time I visited was because I was in a jam running late and I’ve had enough. I work too hard for my money I’m not wasting him food and service like that. I will take the illegal u-turn ticket so I can get Starbucks across the street before I ever roll the dice on that Duncan location again. It needs to be shut down or health code violations that I’m sure exist there or else sold to another family who knows what the heck they’re doing. It’s just common sense

The guy at the front register was very welcoming and polite, which I appreciated. However, my order was incorrect—I asked for two bagels with strawberry cream cheese but received plain cream cheese instead. I went back to address the issue, and the staff was courteous and assured me the order would be fixed. Unfortunately, when I received the “remade” bagels, it was clear the girl who was making the food had simply scraped off the plain cream cheese and added the strawberry cream cheese on top. This felt careless and unprofessional. While I understand the team may have been busy, customers expect their orders to be prepared correctly, especially when they’re paying for a specific item. In the end, I didn’t get to enjoy the food I ordered and paid for, which was disappointing.

I went through the drive thru on 12/9/25 to get a large coffee. It was refreshing how friendly Ammaar was. He treated me like a person not just someone to get rid of. The Dunkin that’s in my neighborhood is not welcoming or pleasant. Quite different than the Sutton Rd location. Keep up the awesome work!

Unfortunately this has to be the WORST Dunkin around. Was here today ordered a large Carmel iced coffee, cream, liquid sugar and cold foam. Didn’t even taste like they added Carmel, they forgot to add cold foam, I had to hand it back and ask for it. Once i stuck my straw in it and got a mouth full of granulated sugar, they forgot liquid sugar as well, who adds granulated sugar to iced coffee? By the pictures, you might think they forgot coffee as well. Do yourself a favor and head 5 minutes down the road to the one in Elgin on 19 by the pizza hut. You’ll be happy you did. This Dunkin in Streamwood needs to do better.
