We came with a big group about 20 people. Stacie was rocking out all our orders with a smile on her face. She was super attentive and made each sandwich with TLC. Josh came right in with a positive attitude. Hopped on the line without any hesitation and helped. They worked together to rock out the rest of our orders . Their teamwork was exceptional and the customer service is unmatched. We truly appreciate y’all

My husband and I ate here today. The entire time we were placing our order, an employee who was leaving for the day talked over us loudly to the two employees behind the counter. We had to interrupt their conversation about their Dunkin order and who changed the paper towels to attempt to get our food. To their credit, one of the employees behind the counter attempted to ignore her to try to serve us. But she continued to talk so loudly that it was impossible to ignore her, let alone hear yourself think. Thankfully our food order was correct; however, the atmosphere was the least professional I’ve experienced in a long time.

It seems clean. Had to order a named sub because the menu board was missing some pieces and was short on time. Any way you look at it it’s a sub sandwich. It did the job.

Had to Rush around after work and stopped in to grab some dinner subs , The 2 ladies working names start with M and T made my night!! They were so helpful M helped me create the perfect dinner time subs , and had a smile the whole time , you could tell she loves working with the customers to create a delicious sub, Thanks ladies you made might night much tastier than I could have imagined a dub could be, Your Awsome keep up the Great job you do, ITS APRICIATED!!!

Don’t order online using Apple Pay they won’t give you your food and have serious attitude issues!! Never coming back to this location. Also if you’re married and your last name changed they won’t give you your food either. Doesn’t matter if you have your order number.. after giving both my maiden name and married name the worker got an attitude with me over it!!!! I even tipped. Wish I could have taken the tip back!!

They often close early at 7 without telling anyone because they’re understaffed sounds like a problem they should take care of, I informed corporate of the issue. The food is OK I guess.

Both ladies working on 6/28/2023 did not want to take our orders. Showed up at 9pm they close at 930. I understand you have started the closing process. But that dose not constitute an attitude for your hours of work! We apologized for having to come in on a freshly mopped floor. Got no response! Also said thank you for our food and got no response! Both had attitudes and should find another place to work and support there-self!!!

Been getting sandwiches here almost daily. The place is clean and the employees are usually Great!! Yesterday the “manager” was working. This woman was super rude. Not a nice person. By the time she made two footlong subs and wanted to argue about coupons we left. She probably put those subs in the trash costing Subway money?
This woman needs a refresher course in customer service. Went to subway by Johnson corner and got two subs. Love subway but won’t go back to this one.
I hope she treats her employees better than she treats the customers??
