We were so surprised at how good the food was here! I rarely eat mall food but we needed a bite before the movie and choose Sarku. Good fast service, big portions, reasonable prices and very tasty food! The reason I only gave them 3 stars? They charged me 1.99 for a 16oz bottle of costco water! You know, the kind thats $4 a case? I’m always amazed when a good company does something so petty to offset a good experience and leave a bad taste in my mouth

Lady at the counter was rude though. After waiting in line, lady sent me to the back of the line. When I got to the front I accidentally tried to give a chef my order, when I was supposed to give her the order instead. She told me that was not the line to order and sent me to the back of the line and started to attend someone else. I tried to tell her that it was a mistake but she didn’t bother listening. So I had to wait in line again just because of that accident I made. Thankfully some customers saw that, and told me to just go in front of them. This was later in the afternoon on Friday 12/5/25.
Will delete the bottom half of the review in the future, because I know her actions don’t reflect the restaurant as a whole

I got the Teriyaki bowl (Tuesday special) and I think it was $6.99 (about $9 with taxes). The food is always really fresh and yummy. The staff is friendly enough and as quick as they can be. When there’s a huge line, there’s only so much they can do without performing spells!

I ordered Chicken Teryaki which is their best seller. Didn’t eat the chicken part smelled and didn’t like the taste
Overall the food wasn’t my taste veggies were bland also . Paid 0.75 to make it with noodle, worth it. Came in a big portion enough for 2!

I ordered fried rice for all four of my orders, but I received white rice for all of them instead. They charge you $0.50 for fried rice. This is the second time that this happened to my orders. The teriyaki chicken portions are really good, especially since I order double meat for all of them. I’m just annoyed by the fact that they don’t read the orders right before making it and giving it out to the customers. 2 stars for the meat portion ☆

My Wife and I got the chicken and beef with white rice and shared it, yes there is enough for 2. Don’t forget to ask for extra teriyaki sauce for the chicken, so good.

I’ve always enjoyed Sarku and I decided to order today through Doordash for lunch since I cant leave work. But unfortunately when my food arrived, there was no teriyaki sauce at all for my chicken and noodles were dry as well. Very much disappointed.

While in the Park Place Mall, browsing a few stores on our days off, my husband and I decided to stop at the food court and get some lunch.
We have had Sarku, in the past, while shopping at Park Place Mall but it had also been a while since we have eaten their Teriyaki Chicken. We were both hungry and it sounded good so headed to the line at Sarku.
“Two Orders of the teriyaki chicken and veggies with white rice, please. Double meat” I would always recommend the double meat for the courses you order. Make sure, if you like it to have them add a little more of the sauce when they have plated your meal. Oh yeah, grab a little Siracha to give it some heat….my husband, being Latin, loves the heat so he grabs a couple. We always get two bottled waters to quench the thirst.
When shopping at Park Place Mall, and you need or want a quick but filling lunch, give Sarku a try.
