Olive Bistro is a locally-owned, chef-driven restaurant, dedicated to serving fresh Mediterranean cuisine made from scratch. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients in small batches, cooked to order with the utmost care. From farm to table, we bring you Mediterranean flavors rooted in tradition, featuring family recipes passed down through generations of the Masri family. Sari Masri, the founding chef-owner, grew up on the Mediterranean coast. He learned the art of cooking from his mother, who harvested fresh grape leaves to roll homemade dolmas–a recipe that we still use today. At Olive Bistro, you are not only experiencing a meal; you are savoring three generations of love, passion, and authentic Mediterranean tradition.
Down-to-earth Mediterranean eatery serving classic salads, pitas wraps & entrees, plus wine.

A few highlights:
Vegan-Friendly: I was impressed by the variety of vegan options available. I highly recommend the Mediterranean Eggplant with a side of Tuscan Beans—both were delicious and well-prepared.
Atmosphere & Noise Level: The restaurant was reasonably quiet, which was a huge plus as it allowed our group to actually hear one another and enjoy our conversation.
Quality Across the Board: My friends all raved about their dishes and the service as well. Our waiter, Davis, was terrific.
From the food quality to the attentive service and great atmosphere, everything was top-notch. I will definitely be back!
Anyway we ordered the Aloe Margarita and the Ibiza to drink, they were both pretty good. For food we ordered the Greek potatoes to share, mixed gyro with a side of Tuscan beans and lamb burger with a side Greek salad. Everything tasted really good and fresh. The meat in the gyro was perfectly seasoned and the lamb burger was cooked perfectly. The Tuscan beans come out cold, I was not expecting that. But they were still good.
The service was great. There was only 1 server and she was very attentive to all guests. Will be back to try other dishes!
Try the Sultan, the hummus and grab a drink. You always know a good bar tender by their Negroni. Treat yourself and have a sip!
A particular stand out to me was the labneh (pretty sure I spelled that wrong). Thick, tangy and so so good. It was my first time having it and I cannot stop thinking about it.
I don’t typically like tabouli (i am now realizing idk how to spell any of these dishes, lol) but theirs was fantastic. Very bright and tasty.
The kabobs were well cooked & seasoned perfectly. The greek potatoes were another high point.
You can tell by the plates what we thought of it all…
I saw a couple of entrees I want to try so will definitely go back! Highly recommend.
Ohh!! I almost forgot!! The halloumi was my favorite thing of the night! 10/10. No notes.
8-10-2025 Post (the original post was 2 years ago. We continue to dine at Olive Bistro every month since this last post. )
I couldn’t write a new post, but wanted to share that over 5 years after this post, Kate’s crew continues to deliver absolutely delicious food and service.
My new dinner dish is the chicken ravioli in tomato sauce from scratch !
