It was Excellent & Preparation of Food was Very Quick. Quality was super but Quantity was not up to the Expectations. Suggestion to the Management: It’s better for the Staff, to give the silverware along with the Order of Food.
Other than that They are Very kind. A positive note to the Staff: I was offering the tip.. the Lady at the counter Gently rejected saying that they won’t accept or Expect the tips..

I love arby’s so going to this location was the biggest let down ever. The customer service was almost ok. The food was nasty. The chicken tenders my son ordered were hard as a rock, along with my jalapeno poppers. Even the french fries were soggy and just gross. The soda tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in months. Will never go here again

Very slow service, especially at night time. The employees saunter through the kitchen with no sense of urgency. We’ve asked on three separate occasions if we could order a Jamocha shake, And each time the employee has told us their machine is scheduled for cleaning. Honestly, it kind of seems that they are using that as an excuse to not make them.

Short lines and quick food. Their reubens are the best in my opinion. Best of all, your food is not covered in oil or grease when it gets to you. The staff are friendly and have helped me decide what to eat on my indecisive days.

I ordered a Turkey and bacon Fresh Market sandwich at Arby’s on Nellis AFB. The problem is there was no turkey on the sandwich. I took the sandwich back and asked the employees to look at the sandwich and locate a piece of turkey. They agreed there was no turkey on a turkey sandwich.
