Staff here are really kind. We do not have KFC in Lafayette and wanted to try some. On Wednesdays, they have (at this time) $5 country fried steak plate lunch. This is incredible value. Try while you can! What a pleasant surprise.

I haven’t eaten here before, I do pick up delivery orders which they always seem to take 20+ minutes to make, they run out of food alot but that might be because of one worker who eats the food as she makes the orders, ya know handful of frys in the box and then a few for her.
I ordered delivery tonight, missing both kids meals drinks, my breast and thigh meal was a joke the thigh was smaller then the biscuit. The chicken on the other hand tasted absolutely horrible smelled like spoiled fish. Won’t ever be getting food from here again. Highly recommend not getting food from here. Chicken that smells like that is definitely not ok

Thanks for the food poisoning I really enjoy taking my 5 year old to the emergency room. My nana and infant were the only ones who didn’t eat any and they’re not sick. All of us who ate some are VIOLENTLY sick best believe I will be contacting the health department

WORST customer service experience I have EVER encountered. Not a kind soul in that place. They are rude as ever! I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food outside. Mind you I only had two things… and I was told my food would be brought to me. It wasn’t. So I called the store asking if they would bring my food out still because I had my children with me and did not want to leave them in the car. I was then told that I was lying (twice) about having my order and that I needed to come inside so the lady at the window could “recognize my face” and I angrily went in, and asked them if they recognized me enough for me to get my order and they were so incredibly rude. They ignored me, and said “anyway” and went on to serving other customers. Then sarcastically told me to have a wonderful day which they were met with a not so kind response from me. I am a very kind person, unless I have been pushed to the edge and today I was. I will never return to KFC. I was there for my kids! NOT for me. Leesville genuinely needs to do better. And for the manager cowering in the back while your employees disrespected me, you will be reported to corporate.

Horrible food and food service. Do NOT waste your time or money. I would have canceled if not already paid for order online. Cold chicken, hot coleslaw, wrong drink and it was ready 1 hr after ordered not 20-30 minutes.

5-28-19 revisit…..Complete screw up.
We placed our order. My nephew picked everything up, drove home 20 minutes away to realize that they didn’t give us our whole order. And they put stuff on our order that we didn’t ask for. We live too far away to just go run back and get the rest of our order.
My nephew should have checked the order because clearly they were too busy to make sure they did their job.
*1st visit* Well I finally decided to give KFC a try and it was pretty good. I got the Nashville Hot chicken tenders with Fries, biscuit and a Coke. The Chicken was delicious, the flavors were perfect for my taste. The fries were awesome. They have the best fries or wedges in my opinion. The coke was perfect but the biscuit tasted like a cheap frozen biscuit from the supermarket. Popeyes biscuits are hands down better but I wont base the quality of my visit on a biscuit. Overall the food was very good the staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick for 11am.

If I could give 0 ZERO stars I would!! I called to check and see if this place still has Nashville hot because the Nashville hot tenders are the only thing I order. 3 days ago I was told they would be getting more and now they say it’s off the menu all together. But mainly when you call or go to order everyone has a SOUR attitude and there’s no need for it!!! You chose to work there not me so just be an adult and have a tone that doesn’t sound pissy!!

I wanted some KFC nuggets. What I got was nugget rejects. What did we say or do to deserve to be given leftovers from the end of a batch? Bottom of the fryer? Usually I can eat 4 of the 8 nuggets and I’m full, but I ate all 8 bites and was still hungry. I have never received such small pieces in any meal or single order. Is it cost prohibitive to serve real nuggets? You have the chicken, chicken tender, and chicken nugget, so what is smaller than a nugget?? Anyone knows, let me know … KFC in Leesville LA, you should be ashamed. This is why they are closing so many stores.
