Jeremiah’s Italian Ice never disappoints! I tried their new Batter Batter flavor Gelati, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Bahama Freeze Gelati, which was equally refreshing and flavorful. Even our dog enjoyed a pup cup! We sat outside, and the tables were clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, their machines were down, so we weren’t able to collect points for this trip. Despite that, we can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommended!

To be honest, there ice cream is amazing and there employees are hard working. There have been circumstances where one of there managers was extremely aggressive to an 11 year old and yelled at him first thing and that changed my perspective on things. I started noticing more and more how they constantly conversate with friends that come in and they pay more attention to those friends then they do customers coming in to order. Also some of there food products are located in the employee bathroom. Lastly, there have been a lot of occasions where I find hair in my ice cream which is diabolical.

The ice and gelato were super delicious, the only reason for 1 star down is the speed at which the service was. It was very slow as there was only one girl working. I completely understand the staffing issues everyone is facing right now however, I believe the owners were there, one lady was in the back and a gentleman was on his laptop with a company shirt on sitting at a table. If you have 5 people in line for over 10 min I would think one of them would have jumped in to help but they didn’t. Everyone runs there Buisness different so just my opinion on the visit. But it is delicious and I would definitely recommend stoping by.

A very unique atmosphere with phenomenal Italian ice. Great place to take families. Hopefully you inherit a diamond mine before you go, but it’s worth it the price.
