For being such a new Starbucks everything about it is horrible. Ordered the banana cold foam on my drink and it tasted nothing like banana, it wasn’t mixed properly and I was left with chunky pieces of frozen banana? So gross. The drinks are never made right, & the wait is long. The only good thing is the staff are friendly.

This location has gotten worse over the past few months, it was great when it first opened. The amount of time I’ve waited after pre-ordering has been increasing each time, long over what the app estimates.
The final straw was waiting 25 minutes today when it said 11-18 on the app, then when I got to work realized they didn’t even make the right drink!
Unless they get a dedicated person for drive thru drinks, and one for in store/online it’s not going to get any better.

Do not believe their hours! Ended up late for work twice now hungry because I tried to go here around 7:30AM and no one was there, with no signage at the speaker. The way I pull in you cant see inside so I end up waiting for someone to take my order for no reason. I dont even blame the workers, but someone is in charge of the store and doesnt bother to show up to at least hang up a sign or shut the order box off. Some people should not have leadership roles.

You’re better off going to the Starbucks at 271 Lafayette Road since it’s hit or miss at this location. It says they open at 5:00 and the app will allow you to place a mobile order even though they aren’t open which has happened to me twice in the past 2 weeks. When that does happen just go to Starbucks at 271 Lafayette Road and they will take care of it for you

This is a nice Starbucks. I did an order ahead from like five mins away and my drinks were ready immediately when I got there. I was worried about finding it in the massive shopping center but it’s actually off to the side with tons of parking.

I’m sorry as a blue collar worker we have to be up and at work early and when your website says you’re open at a certain time but the staff decides to just close the store whenever they please, that’s super annoying and frustrating, especially when you drive 15 plus minutes out of your normal route for Starbucks.

Walked in, not a single person in the drive thru and 5 girls working, standing around and talking. Took at least a minute for someone to take my order and way too long for my drinks to be made. The floors and tables were filthy and the 5 girls, instead of working, were throwing ice at each other. Very unfortunate experience.

This Starbucks would not give me free waters. They were very rude and we’re talking bad about me and all my friends. I do not recommend coming to this Starbucks.
