Went to go have a quick dinner and visit with family after a little league game and they refused dine in service. It was 30minutes before they closed. We brought up the hours and they said the drive thru was only open and refused us service. In the mix of that another gentleman wanted dine in service as well. Nothing indicated that restaurant closed at 8. I drove through and the service was horrible as well! This is not the only time I have had bad service from them. If you plan on going there don’t go on Sunday evening!

Worst service ever. I give it less than a year for this place to stay open. No one responded at the drive up so we pulled up and they saw us but didn’t even acknowledge us. We took our business elsewhere and will not be back! Wish I could contact their headquarters because they obviously need better training on customer service.

The workers come off rude. And to be honest, i believe it was because the color of my skin. Which is sad to say. I’m a very polite person. I sat and watched them give another costumer completely different vibes whom was the same race as them. That’s the last time I give them my business and would suggest to others to stay away.
Update: If DQ actually cared about the quality and professionalism of this location, they would have sent someone in a long time ago to address the issue. You can go back over a year and read the same type of reviews. This is not a new issue. Save the “we care about your feedback” BS response. Clearly you don’t.

Talk about the southern hospitality, the service was amazing. The food tasted like the same ole DQ and it came out hot and fresh, also quickly.

Every time my wife and I ride our Harleys in the hot Texas sun, we look forward to that last stop at DQ before heading home. It’s our tradition to enjoy a dipped cone; and now the Dreamsicle dipped cone just makes the tradition even better. I wish this store had a cleaner restroom with papertowels and the overall store could be cleaner as well. Great service and friendly people. Killer French fries!

Basically, I never really stopped at this Dairy Queen. The food is always hit or miss and the people never seem to want to be there today. It took 25 minutes for me to get my steak finger meal. Which I can say was partially to other customers but that’s the time it took after I ordered … they were rude with me because they gave me a josh cup for both my meals and I didn’t stop them … I didn’t even realize it was hard plastic…. Then after I left I drove 20 min to my house only to realize they didn’t put the gravy in the box … not worth driving back for but definitely worth remembering when considering to repeat this mistake in the future !

I normally don’t eat out much but with football season kicking off Dairy Queen has always been my favorite place to eat in Bellville if I have to eat out. I’ve gone two times in a row and had the exact same experience both times. First and foremost the young lady that takes your order is absolutely the rudest person I have ever seen. I don’t understand how she is still employed. It is not possible that others do not feel this way. It is beyond not having customer service skills. You feel like you’re doing something wrong placing an order. Seriously inconveniencing her by asking her to take your order, And I don’t understand why they can’t get the order right? God forbid you check your food because the little lady taking the order is going to bite your head off. So you get to get back to Industry again this week with your order wrong. It’s not like anyone’s gonna do anything to compensate you. They literally don’t care. I have no clue how they still have customers. Can someone please open up a new Dairy Queen please we need one!!

I went at 7 p.m. and the staff didn’t have any dairy products. How can you be DAIRYqueen if you don’t have dairy?! The staff was giving us a lot of attitude. She even forgot our drink. Not really dairy queen. It’s more like DumpsterQueen.

This location is usually very busy, dine in and drive thru, but the staff are great at handling the orders and do it accurately. Gotta hit the DQ to satisfy your ice cream cravings, and of course you can’t get a Steak Finger Basket anywhere else! I recommend this location!
