Went here with my husband and son for my birthday. We had no issue waiting in line to place our order. I work in the food business I understand. The girl came to the register didn’t ask to take my order. She just stared at us. I told her I had a coupon on my app for a free kids meal and I got no response from her. So I just start to place my order the whole time im placing my order she is tapping her nails on the counter like I am bothering her. I then go to scan my app and she says it doesn’t work. And continues to rap her fingers and says is that all very rudely and my husband told her yes that’s all and we left because it is not hard to be polite to someone who is being polite to you. We just wanted to celebrate my birthday with some good food and some ice cream but the customer service definitely ruined that for us. She definitely didnt want to be there. She had already told another employee who was working drive thru that she wasn’t going to take the orders on counter but did it anyways. I will not be visiting dairy Queen for awhile. Bad customer service definitely ruins places for me.

Just greeted me with a smile on her face and took my order promptly. She small talk while she prepared my order and delivered it in person with a smile. Food was hot and good and that blizzard was so awesome. I almost got another to take home with me.

Ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard and basically got a cup of vanilla ice cream. This has happened so often that we started requesting chocolate soft serve but they no longer have chocolate soft serve available.

Order two cheeseburgers through Uber eats and specifically asked for extra lettuce in addition to all the usual toppings and all I got was a bunch of onions and some pickle and very little sauce for the flamethrower burgers. I was already very depressed before I ate this meal and now I don’t know if I can continue living

Took my children here for ice cream today (6/7/24) we ordered at 1:58pm.
We sat down, at 2:01pm and waited.
One of my kids got their ice cream at 2:08pm. Not sure if it’s been sitting there, since they called out a fudge sundae minutes after we ordered. He got one with sprinkles. About 5 minutes later, they came around and asked if we ordered a fudge sundae, I said yes, with sprinkles.

The lady brought it to us at 2:08pm, and said the other 2 will be right now.
At 2:16pm my other child and myself got our ice cream. My blizzard was melted, and my child’s looked freshly made.

I will probably never order from this location again. At least the one down 1st Ave will get you ALL of your ice creams in a timely matter, and not melted. If I wanted a shake with toppings, I would have ordered that. Very disappointed. Should have just given them their ice cream back, and get a refund.

I would have gotten photos of my kids’ ice cream, but they started eating before I could.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt because I work in food service as well but today was ridiculous. First me and my boyfriend’s food was cold but then they proceeded to spill his blizzard and act immature and unprofessional. Thai is ridiculous ya’ll.

I’m not the type of person to make a review unless I feel STRONGLY about something. Now I could understand a little wait, but I sat in the curbside pickup for over 30 minutes. I watched car after car go thru the drive thru. I watched the girls behind the counter look & acknowledge my presence several times, just to finally call them and they have a bad attitude from the moment they answered the phone, to the moment they brought the freezing cold food out to me. I could handle that wait even if I got the hot and fresh food I came for, but instead the literal box for chicken tenders was cold to the touch, every bit of food inside was as well. And the chicken tenders were maybe 3 bites a piece. I wasted too much time and money to leave this unsatisfied, don’t go to this one if you have the choice.

Went to drive thru. Ordered the 4 piece chicken strip dinner. When I got home I was very disappointed The pieces of chicken were so small. I would say it took 2 pieces to actually make one strip. My advice… Check your ordered before you leave every time. Also they just handed me the box out the window. Not in a sack. So I had to put it on the floor board so if there was any grease it would not get on my car seat. What is happening to good service???

Cashier would not take my order for the special promotional deal. If I was perhaps told that the deal was only through the app I wouldn’t be so angry, but instead she just kept going over and over again on how I was wrong. I will not be coming back to this dairy queen, and I won’t recommend it to anybody ever.
