Just trying to take my little brother to get ice cream and we walk in not a “Welcome in” just dirty looks. We wait a couple minutes for some to come to the register to take our order. She’s wearing sunglasses and just stands there for us to take her order not a “what can I get you?” “How can I help you?” Just stares. We sat to eat for a couple minutes and when we walk out no “have a great night” “have a good one” absolutely terrible service. I’ve worked in the food industry so I try and have empathy but that was atrocious.

They refused to give me the amount total they said I had to get it at the window. When I counted five people in the restaurant working she stated that she was not near the drive-thru window they were all disrespectful and had bad energy that plays really needs to be shut down because they also have employees putting hands on their food after picking their butts it’s very disgusting there

I live right next to this place and they always forget ingredients in the blizzard. I finally got annoyed enough to write this review when I got a pumpkin pie blizzard with graham base, only to find out when i’m home that there’s no graham OR pie crust pieces. If it was once in a while I wouldn’t say anything but this is every other visit. I’m paying extra sometimes for these ingredients and they arent there.

Would leave zero stars if I could. BFS ruins every business that they buy. Ordered a cake for my daughter‘s birthday. The cake woman didn’t feel like making cakes and went home. Never would’ve had that when the High Street Dairy Queen was family owned. When the woman wrote on the cake that I had to buy premade a toddler could have done a better job. I would highly suggest getting your ice cream cakes from cold stone or buying your own and decorating it yourself from Walmart or Kroger.

There is a bigger guy with long hair who always goes above and beyond every time we visit. He makes sure we are satisfied with our order. The fact that there seems to be a lot of high school kids working there that do not take the job they applied for very serious is sad. The only reason I give 4 stars on food is although I know it’s a corporate thing size portions are a bit small for the price you pay. I hope this gentleman stays with DQ we will be back just to deal with him.

I got a medium cookie dough blizzard to share with my daughter. The employee was mono-toned, unfriendly and sounded like she hated her life. When I got my blizzard I noticed it was soupy like it had just sat there while the 4 or 5 cars in-front of me got their food. I had to put it in my freezer for 30 minutes before I could even eat it. When I finally tasted it, it was wayyyy too chocolatey!! It tasted like straight chocolate syrup/fudge and there was hardly any cookie dough compared to normal. I’ve been to this location a few times and this is by far my worst experience at any DQ.

The cashier told me I couldn’t do a couple of things when it says so on the menu and have gotten it a multiple different dqs but apparently this one is different. Im not ever going back to this dq because the lady on front register [ black hair, and 2 lip rings ] is rude and condescending.

Ordered a small “cone in a cup” in the drive thru, so I just wanted a small cup of vanilla ice cream with no toppings. They rang up a sundae instead which is 25% more because of the toppings. I told the guy at the window that’s not what I ordered so he had someone help him fix it. I paid and he handed me a cone with no cup and the ice cream was about 1 inch above the cone. They charged $3.15 for that pitiful thing and they still couldn’t get it right. I just dropped the cone on the ground and left. I believe they were being petty because I wanted what I asked for. This place is straight trash, avoid it.

Went through the drive through and ordered food. Asked for some ice water and she said “I can do a bottled water” and I said no thanks. They wouldn’t give me ice water. Even if I paid. It’s VERY hot and humid outside today and this employee thought that was appropriate? I dont even understand why. Just because she didnt like me? Super rude and even more ridiculous.

Coming to my Brookhaven DQ is always a treat. The staff is kind, helpful, and always tries their best. I had an issue with the amount of ice cream in my sundae, and the boy on front counter helped me get it made right. Definitely coming back to this one
