I was excited to try the new Hot Love. I ordered it and drove the mile to work, opened it up (because it didn’t fill very full), the cream was melted and my coffee was more than 2 inches from the brim…so I paid for a medium and got a small.
This store has the best customer service AND they’re always opened when they’re supposed to be, so I’ll be back but honestly, as of late, the issues with the app, lack of response from multiple messages to corporate and the amount of money we spend here on a daily is starting to make me wonder…

Prefacing with: the staff here are so friendly and fast- however leaving a review because I’ve had three cups of regular coffee that were lukewarm, bordering on cold.
The first time I was in shop to order so I was able to ask them to re-brew and the staff happily got me a hotter cup, unfortunately the second and third time I was in the drive through and didn’t have time to wait.
I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt the first couple times but I think after the third in a row I wanted to let the shop know it seems to be a pattern.

Great spot for a Sunday afternoon break. Easy location near the mall. Glad they’re open on Sunday! I got some coffee cake, which was fantastic. Also I think their Americano is the best I have ever had. This location has plenty of indoor seating; both booths and soft chairs

I’ve given Beans & Brew several chances because I actually like their menu, but the service has been consistently terrible. My orders have been wrong multiple times—everything from drinks made incorrectly to items missing entirely. Even when I’ve tried to address it politely, the staff either seems confused or uninterested in fixing the issue.
It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered, and even more frustrating when it keeps happening visit after visit. I really hoped this would improve over time, but sadly it hasn’t. At this point I can’t recommend this location to anyone until they make some serious improvements in both accuracy and customer service.

For what its worth, I’ll share my experience at this Beans and Brews… I’m old-school and love to drink regular hot coffee all day long. It’s usually afternoon when I’ve visited this location and I always ask if they have any fresh brewed hot coffee which they say “yes we do”. Their “hot” coffee is hardly warmer than luke warm EVERY TIME. It’s honestly pathetic. I was disappointed once again this afternoon and I swear I’ll never go back. Maverick gas station has better coffee and that’s pretty pathetic! Please don’t tell your customers the coffee is fresh when it’s not hot!

I frequent this Beans and Brew probably at least a couple of times per week. The staff are always exceptional, and always seem to strive to give amazing service with a smile. My coffee always turns out the way I like it, and the staff has taken the time to get to know my order so that when I get there, they are already punching it into the register.
In addition, the dining room has a great atmosphere and is really nice if you just want to have a place to sit and relax or take care of some work in a chill environment.
I highly recommend this location if you’re ever in the Draper area.

Good coffee, cool and friendly crews.
We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends.

So I have held off writing this review because I used to really really love this location. I’m not sure what happened, but the last few months (since september) the service has gone completely downhill. Every time i’m here they give me the wrong order.
On my birthday in september they gave me the wrong size drink, and the breakfast tacos I ordered were sloppily thrown together and had long hair strands in it. I went back to return the tacos, and get a new one and they gave me the wrong protein (I will not eat sausage). I gave up and just tossed them out at that point.
They have messed up my drink order multiple times since then, giving me mrs. b’s instead of mr. b’s iced instead of hot or vice versa. Not sure why the baristas have such a hard time hearing, and don’t even try to verify your order at the window.
Today I went and very clearly ordered a medium drink, and an iced water and the barista didn’t tell me my order total. Which I thought was odd, but when they handed me my drinks they gave me two small drinks and an iced water. Definitely not what I ordered, and double the cost of what I tried to purchase. I was in a hurry, and didn’t have time for them to try and refund me so I just had to leave.
I’m a very regular costumer, and I am just over it at this point. Not sure what happened to this location but the baristas are all either extremely lazy, or just don’t care.

These gals are wonderful. The egg bacon bagel sandwich was so awesome. ready in minutes. Top notch smiles. What a great way to start our Sunday. Happily tipped. Thank you!!!
