It’s not the same restaurant as before. I hadn’t been here in like 2-3 years and expected the same buffet style and good chicken but nope. It’s a little expensive and one of the cashiers seemed to have an attitude about me asking when they took out the buffet. The place is definitely empty for a reason. But the other cashier was very sweet and nice.

We eat here at least 1 a week. This restaurant is in our opinion, is better tasting & quality, than the Fried chicken food chains..We in this blended family Grandparents included, agree. We appreciate them, as they are young owners who work hard everyday, as Small business. How ever fries need sum work, they are not the best.. Chicken freshly cooked, is very delicious We thank them for being here & trying hard to be of service for our community & all of WE.. Stay Safe everyone

Good if fresh cooked, suggestion would be add mashed potatoes and gravy. There coleslaw is good. The buffet was good until … 2 years ago we sadly all know what happened. New,owner states can’t offer buffet because no help to hire Hard working couple that ,every day stating it’s still slow for business. We many across Nation sadly lost our business, and lived ones. I like to order their fried chicken livers dinner, which comes with two sides and a dinner roll. Usually, I get the French fries and fried okra. It is an overabundance of delicious food. It’s enough for two people to share. I have long said that Smith’s Fried Chicken has the best French fries in town! And their fried okra is tops! When you want the kitchen to stay cool, but you want a scrumptious hot meal, that tastes like homemade, go straight to Smith’s Fried Chicken!
