This place used to be good and fairly priced but after going today I won’t be going back, pizzas now cost over $16 and dont include any red sauce!!!

Edit/Update: I returned the pizza and got a refund, good customer service.

Easily some of the worst Italian food ive had in my entire life. Cost $40 for 2 takeout meals..tastes worse than a microwave tv dinner. Alfredo had zero seasoning zero salt. I called in the order because they have no online ordering. Website is outdated. Pricing outdated. Young gentleman who answered the phone didnt tell me a price for my order. Super shady. You find out price upon arrival. You will be paying $19 a meal for a subpar plate of pasta that tastes like air and sadness. Sorry not sorry. Dont do it trust me.

I was expecting more favorite and season of the Italian level. I was disappointed with the price from the menu to the actual price. The bathroom outside around the corner was a little uncomfortable for the night take out. For this area it was ok. Friendly cashier, clean evolvement inside and out with well lit lights. I did have the spaghetti and meatballs, I would try something else next time but I always keep an open mind. 1st time, 1 try is never enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Awesome food. My husband got spaghetti and meatballs and I got a hamburger. Both were delicious! we’ve lived here 10 years and I’m sad we just found it. Will definitely go back!

Um… We were excited to try our local little Italian place. We do realize seafood appears to be their specialty, but an Italian place should be able to name spaghetti and meatballs and a chicken Alfredo, or else don’t put it on the menu. My meatballs I literally couldn’t eat them. I think they were homemade, and that’s awesome. But they must’ve gone bad there was a sour flavor to them that made me gag. I had to put my third bite in a napkin. my marinara was definitely from a jar it was so watery. My husband’s chicken already seemed like it was homemade but the chicken had no seasoning it was just a cheese sauce.

Everything was covered in garlic. It’s 16 hours later and we’re still smelling garlic. The bruschetta special, delicious! The canoli, delicious! The garlic bread, delicious! With lots of garlic. The Caesar salad was covered in garlic and I wanted more salad but couldn’t eat it because it was burning my mouth it was so strong.

We ordered a pizza to go, well try that today. Lots of people were ordering pizzas and seafood, maybe that was our mistake!

Oh why did an employee look at us, and walk away when we entered? We stood there looking around do we seat ourselves or what do we do? The employee just sat there, looked at us, and then disappeared to the back and we waited for 5 minutes for someone to tell us what to do.

We finally tried Lil Pesces in Alford, FL today — and y’all, what a hidden gem right off 231!

We kicked things off with mozzarella sticks and marinara that actually had flavor (not the bland stuff you usually get). Crispy, cheesy, and that marinara?

For entrées, we ordered the Shrimp Alfredo, Spaghetti & Meatballs, and Chicken Parmesan. Each plate came with a hot piece of garlic bread and let me tell you… I could’ve eaten everyone’s bread. It was that good. I even ordered more to take home for the leftovers.

Spaghetti & Meatballs – The meatballs were homemade, the sauce tasted fresh without being overly acidic, and my son absolutely loved it. Honestly gave “Lady and the Tramp” vibes in the best way.

Chicken Parmesan – A flavorful breaded chicken breast on a bed of spaghetti, topped with extra sauce and melted cheese. Classic, comforting, and done right.

Shrimp Alfredo – I’ve had a lot of Alfredo in my day, but this might be one of the best. Penne noodles, plenty of creamy, garlicky Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked shrimp. I would go back just for this dish.

The lunch portions were huge — plenty to take home for later. Service is on the slower side, but that’s because everything is made fresh to order. Their menu even mentions it may take at least 30 minutes, and honestly, it’s worth every second for that homemade Italian goodness.

They also have a cute outdoor seating area, making it a nice spot to enjoy the Florida breeze. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a cozy date night, Lil Pesces is worth the stop. ✨

I was there with my family. I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was good but not great. My daughter had the personal pizza and it came out at least 10 minutes before my food was ready. Id prefer the food come at the same time. I typically judge the service by whether or not the drink gets empty and while the young girl was nice, her serving skills are lacking a little. I had to get her attention to get more tea. The place is small and thats fine with me because the seating was still very comfortable but I can tell that she isnt depending on her tips to make a living. All in all, I think it was a decent meal but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Excellent food and service. The chef here cooks with purpose and passion. Little town but big city food. This place is a gem that makes you feel you are in Italy and not a small town off 231. Must try if you like Italian.

A hole in the wall italian restaurant that has some amazing cheesy garlic bread and eggplant Parmigiano. We also ordered white pizza and Spagetti and meatballs that were also tasty.
