Service was fast. Associate was courteous. Chicken was hot and not greasy like some locations. Biscuit was buttery and flaky. Arnold Palmer was very good. Only issue was trying to understand the drive thru communication. She was speaking fast and I think she had braces. She itemized my order when I asked for a combo. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times.

I ordered the 5pc tender meal with Mac n cheese & mashed potatoes w/gravy. Frozen strawberry lemonade. The tenders were good, one was very thin compared to the others. Looked like a chicken dipper. The store phone is NEVER answered when you call. Ridiculous

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Popeyes and was really disappointed with what I got. Instead of the sandwich, they put one spicy tender and one regular tender on a bun with no proper toppings. The sandwich is supposed to come with a full chicken breast fillet, pickles, and spicy sauce but this was thrown together completely wrong. It felt lazy and careless. If I’m paying for a sandwich, I expect to actually get the sandwich, not a couple tenders on bread. Definitely not the quality I’ve had from Popeyes before.

This place had excellent customer service. Make sure I got my food fast even though I wasn’t eating what I came for. The chicken was hot everything was perfect. For fast food the standard of this place was great they were busy it was raining really bad outside but everything was perfect great stuff.

This is the closest location to us. Decided to try the chicken strips combo, what a disappointment. It’s more batter than chicken. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the fries were perfect. Drinks always tasted watered down, not once have I gotten a drink that tastes like it supposed to.

Today is Thursday 6/2 i am a regular customer and i have always been satisfied with my orders except today. Burger’s were not there usual size didn’t really mind until one of my kiddos and I took two bites into them meat was hard/stiff when went to the front counter manager and assistant manager were really mean and rude told me they could only give me one burger because I took back two half’s and that there items cost and I told her it cost mee to I just paid almost $50 for my order and she stated if I liked if not to leave the store. Never seen such unprofessional assistant and worse the actual manager very disappointed I hope they can get some training in customer service and learn that there is more professional ways to talk to customers I love Popeyes but today was not good sad to say

I would rate this experience a solid 8 out of 10 my only wish is that the portion size was a tad larger. On top of that, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant exuded cleanliness, creating an inviting atmosphere!

I just went there and got the 12 piece bundle. I get home and it’s all dark meat and I didn’t get a receipt they said it wasn’t printing when I asked for one. I called them and asked if the 12 piece bundle was all dark meat and he said no it’s mixed. So I tell him I just got mine and it’s all dark and he says that’s all we have right now. I said you should inform people of this when they are ordering cause some people don’t like dark meat. He didn’t know what to say then

I went through the drive thru and the cashier Rosa was just rude. She kept informing me that I could not get a fantastic strawberry as my drink option. I asked why not i.e I asked if they were out of that product and she said no its just not a drink option for the meal I was getting that I could only get a regular drink and I stated that fantastic strawberry was a regular drink option and she continued to tell me no it wasn’t. I also asked for my receipt which she then proceeds to tell me on my register is out of paper I can not print it.
