Had a horrible experience tonight at Burger King. They messed up our burgers several times. My mom went inside to get it them fixed and I decided to check them again and this time only one was messed up. My mom goes back inside and one of the employees says she must have messed up her order because it only saif no bacon. As you can see in the picture below it says no to basically almost everything. They made the new burger and threw it at my mom and when my mother told them she would not be coming back to this particular store one of the employees said “thats fine”. The whole time the manager was standing right there and did nothing about it. My mom wanted to order an extra burger and she was willing to pay for it but because of their rude behavior she decided not to get it. I believe after messing up 3 burgers and throwing one that my mother shouldn’t have had to pay for another burger. My mother spent $60 on this horrible dry food and got horrible customer service!

Service was incredibly slow. That wouldn’t have been an issue if it weren’t for the food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with only ketchup. When they handed me the bag, I was told “be careful, the sandwich is fresh.” So I didn’t bother checking it right away. When I got it out of the bag, it was cold and clearly had lettuce and mayonnaise on it that had been scraped off. What if I hadn’t checked and had a food sensitivity? The only food I got that was warm at all were the fries. The coke just tasted like carbonated water. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered a large hash brown and got a portion so small that I could fit it in one hand. Also ordered the cini minis and they were barely cooked and looked half raw.

The manager Del Blade was rude to my wife when the cashier rung up our meal wrong. She tried to get the correct sandwich. When she addressed it the manger was very rude and wasn’t willing to swap it out even tho it was ordered correctly. So I went up to the counter and told the Mr. Del we wanted what we ordered not what was given. He stated you got what you paid for. I stated it’s not what we asked for and wanted to swap it out. Mr. Del implied I couldn’t afforded the $2 difference in the price. I told him I didn’t care to pay the difference we just wanted what we paid for. He still continued to be condescending and rude. He refused to give the refund receipt for a copy of one to me as well as a receipt for our main meal that was never given to us. Before I left I asked for them and he stated he wouldn’t give it to me and kept being rude. So I told him that he was A real piece of work with his attitude. After he kept making comments. He then flipped me off and told me to get out of his store. Sad he’s the general manger and has zero customer service skills.

This is the worst-run fast-food restaurant in the NRV, which in 2025 is saying a lot.
You can arrive here and there will be literally not a single other customer inside or on the drive-thru line, and be told to wait before they will even take your order. And God forbid you come when they actually have something resembling a workload. BK is my favorite fast food franchise and it’s a real shame to live near one run with such utter incompetence.
Go to Wendy’s next door. They will take your order immediately and the food is guaranteed to be fresher than this particular BK.

I might eat out 2 times per year and Burger King is our favorite but Dublin is a total disgusting mess. Food in the floor behind the counter, took the front counter person forever to wait on me even though we made eye contact. He just turned back around and kept fixing the bags straight. Finally got service and asked for simple order whopper with cheese mayo, lettuce, mustard, and a whopper with tomatoes, onion mayo and mustard and we get home they was dripping with mayo it was so thick I could ha e put it on 6 other burgers lettuce was brown an wilted. Total let down. I would not go to this one if there was nowhere else to go for food in the entire US.

Food is good! Service is decent…if youre only placing one order at a time. The manager seems to get a little bent if attendant takes more than one at a time. Which can create an issue, if your taking your lunch break and have more than your order to place and wait on. Which in turn, making service kinda slow at times and you late getting back to work. Not so bad, if you only have one order though.

Best Burger King I have ever been to, was greeted as we entered, dining areas and restrooms were very clean. All the employees were very friendly and positive. I would definitely stop again on my way back just because. I never normally done in but this time it was exceptionally worth it. Service was fast and as ordered. Great staff.

The rude staff showed up for work yesterday! Have it your way is definitely not allowed here! This is an embarrassing time when they say they can only sell a triple and they can’t sell anything else! Rude! And FYI they did end up selling me a 4 patty sandwich… I asked for a cherry frozen drink and to do half cherry and half coke. They put enough coke in it to equal a sneeze annoying! If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else you don’t have to treat people so rudely! We won’t come back to this location.
