SUPERB BBQ is served at this no frills location which is owned and run by what I describe as an experienced master. All of their menu items are full of flavor and made with high quality ingredients. Try the brisket or baked beans and you’ll know what I’m talking about! You are going to want to get a taste of their BBQ sauces which are the best I’ve had in our neck of the woods. They have 2 locations in NC and this gem right here in Fort Myers.

Very poor experience and would not return again.
1) Incredibly slow service, especially for a place operating as a drive thru. Two cars behind us ordered and received their food before we did (we had a small order, two entrees).
2) High prices, specifically considering the portion sizes. Better off at Mission BBQ; they’re cheaper and taste significantly better with way better portions.
3) They couldn’t even get our order right. We asked for a burger no bun no onions. They gave us a burger with a bun and onions. Asked for plain mac-n-cheese without brisket, couldn’t do that either. They gave us no sauce for the BBQ. They ASKED about all these things and REPEATED the order to us back with no issues. Still got it wrong and left things out.
Would not return and only gave two stars instead of one because the food tasted decent at least.

Decided to try them on a whim. Ordered the double smash cheese burger with a side of waffle fries and sweet tea. Positives first: The food was fresh and cooked to order, flavor was great, and food quality was wonderful, they gave me a side of the BBQ sauce for my fries and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and friendly. The wait wasn’t terrible, I’d rather wait a while for fresh.
Negatives: The location offers no seating options, everything is to go unless you choose to dine in your vehicle in the parking lot. The parking lot is cramped and not well laid out, this has nothing to do with the business just the location. The quantity of food for the price point was very disappointing and when given other options you can definitely go elsewhere for more bang for your buck.
All in all a good experience, I will definitely come back again to try their barbecue options since there aren’t very many barbecue places in the area.

Shockingly good! So good, I didn’t get a picture of my husbands and sons burgers because they were gone upon opening them. We ordered from Doordash and the food was still hot and delicious Will definitely order again!

This was my first time back in a while. My server at the window as always greeted with a great smile said I haven’t seen you in a while. First of all it’s nice when they recognize you and notice. She asked if everything was ok. I told her I felt they was going through a rough patch and we talked a few details but she was reassuring and told me they was on track. It’s a difficult place to go to anyways because it’s usually only drive through and walk up and the drive through has been down for months. I told her i was going to get turkey which usually is on point. She said I just had some and you will love it. I’m not going into detail about they other food because she said the made a few hard changes and are back on track so I will reserve that for another review when I eat the other food again. I did get the turkey and a side of Brisket Mac. By the way I will drive from another town to get their Brisket Mac. It’s insanely good. The turkey wasn’t quite the top 100 like it usually is but it was still good. But that friendly smile and care that I’m always greeted with makes such a huge difference. Let me say all contact I’ve had with any of them since they been there has been positive. Even when it was a constructive conversation. So hats off to Big Nicks for listening when they need to. I will drop more reviews as I explore the menu over the next couple of months. I will try something different every time to review.

Back at Big Nicks and trying the pulled pork for the first time. It presented well. Had half pound of pork and waffle fries. Over all not bad. The pork was a little bit dry but great smoke flavor. It definitely needed the sauce to get through it and the bit of seasoning they added to the top definitely helped with the flavor. Think there is a little work needed on over all flavor IMO but over all I’d get it again. As always they are always so polite. Between scooping the pork up with the fries and adding the sauce it was a decent lunch.

My wife and I are here for dinner yesterday. We had ribs and brisket. The meat was so tender and flavorful and you can tell they smoked it. The Baked beans were out of this world and a brisket, Mac and cheese need I say more . Yes, I love barbecue and this is My favorite place to come when I visit Fort Myers every year. Please don’t sleep on this place and the staff is friendly.

First time here.. not coming back. The prices are outrageous first off, second you do NOT get your moneys worth in sides—They literally give you your side in a sauce cup…
We got a smash burger that literally had nothing on it but cheese lol the employee didn’t ask us if we want any topping/sauces for the burger (we assumed it came with at least ketchup) or fries
The fries.. were old, greasy, & hard.

By far the best BBQ pulled pork I’ve had since moving to Fort Myers. Someone took the time with making sure there is no fat chunks or bone just meat. Flavor is amazing. Thanks yall!

We ordered this meal with Door Dash, so my rating for atmosphere was in the middle since we didn’t actually have the full restaurant experience. We ordered St Louis Ribs, w/ slaw, baked beans and brisket mac and cheese. Ribs were seasoned well, they came off the bone pretty easy, but were a bit to dry for me. The slaw and beans were to my liking, slaw wasn’t to wanky or too sweet. The beans were good and had some extra flavoring to them that my husband and I couldn’t quit figure out… it was something that tasted familiar, but not particularly in baked beans. They were good though. I was pretty excited about the brisket mac n cheese, however, the macaroni was over cooked and mushy, but taste wise, it was pretty darn good, the texture was just a bit too much.
