Drive-through is horrible. Waited for five minutes I kept saying hello someone there meanwhile, I can see inside the restaurant a girl with the headset just talking to one of her coworker coworkers there giggling and dancing until I said I can pull up and she right away answered, took my order gave me my three root beer floats, and they were all halfway full never again. She was also rude.

My girlfriend an I ate inside at around 915ish pm. John was super polite . Informed us that our food was going to be a minute because they needed to lay down more burgers . He brought our food to us personally in a timely manner still & even added to the fact that he put extra effort into the burgers & umph’d it up . The burger ( A2 & A3 meals ) was delicious an had plenty of toppings you to which you could tell there was effort put into & wasn’t just slapped together in a fast matter . We appreciated his work ethic that he presented ! He deerrves a raise ! Thank you so much !

I orders a double bacon burger NO ONIONS an some chicken an a coney dog. The coney dogs chili tasted like it was 2 days old an I got onions on my bugur dam sure I’m glad I ain’t allergic the only good things that I ate here WAS the chicken an my soda other than that my burger tasted absolutely horrid it was really nasty I took 1 bite then spit it right out. Tasted like the meat had gone bad or somthing, it was gross, all the tables where dirty, I had to clean one to even sit down. The bathroom isn’t clean AT ALL and I could count FIVE! yeah FIVE overflowing trash cans, they where not busy at this time so there is not reason for any of it

First time visiting, won’t be a second time.
Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through. Was then asked to wait around the parking lot for another 10 minutes for my food.
When it gets to my car, the order is wrong. Completely wrong. Then I am asked for the receipt which your window person did not give me.

The food was good, service from a crew member that assisted us was great Better than most days I’ve been in there. However my complaint is the dining area is freezing. It’s 38 degrees out side and it was 63 degrees inside per the thermostat. If I wanted to freeze my butt off and have a picnic I would have done so. Not choosing the dine in option anymore until summer time.

My wife and I decided we had plenty of time to eat “at a FAST FOOD “ place and still make it too my 1pm appointment. We stopped at the KFC/A&W on Caldwell BLVD In Caldwell, ID near Walmart at 11:56 am and ordered $18.31 worth of food. Nothing extravagant, just two burgers, fries and side of coleslaw. 12 minutes later nothing. I asked and they appeared confused and said what did you order? I advised and was told “oh we are waiting for the burger meat to cook.” Then I watched then just then put the burger patties on the grill. Another 8-10 minute and we still don’t have our food. There are people at the counter wanting to order that said they were there for 5 minutes and still not able to order even. The whole crew is only worried about servings the drive-thru. My wife and I no longer had time to even eat our meal if we got it. We had to go. So my wife advised the staff of that and said she just wants a refund and advised we been waiting for nearly 20 minutes and must get to my appointment now. Instead the guy kept cooking and packed up our meal and brought it to the counter. We advise we wanted refunded because no time to eat the food now, we have to go. And because he ignored that she wanted the refund, more time was wasted. My wife said we don’t have time to wait for you to refund our money so that’s wasted and to keep it and will never come back here again. The guy that was waiting just to order said it would take it so he doesn’t have to wait. So my wife handed him her receipt and would not accept his $20 and told the customer to make sure he gets all the food we paid for. Bad service seems prevailing more and more. KFC will now be Popeyes and can still get my A&W root beer at the stores.
Probably won’t even hear from corporate or franchise owner. That is what reviews are for, to read, make right, learn and correct the problem to retain your customers. There are so many alternatives now a day’s that you can’t afford to lose Customers and remain profitable.

They were super busy when we came in, but we decided to order and eat in. After I placed our order, they let us know there would be a wait while chicken fillets were cooking. The order did take about 10 minutes, but we were chatting so no big deal. Chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh, chicken strips not so much. I used a coupon for an popcorn chicken, we ordered 3 but the coupon was only applied once. I let it go because I paid with debit and didn’t want my account messed with over $3. Overall not our best visit, but it was very busy and could have been worse. We will go back again, probably not during a friday night dinner rush.

Ordered my food at 9:30 at night and when I got home I found out that the large cheese curds that I ordered were not there. I was too far to drive to get there before closing so I tried to call and they did not pick up. I don’t understand why the staff can not pick up when they are still open. I paid cash and received no receipt so I have no evidence to prove to the location tomorrow.
