The ramen is not Japanese ramen at all. The broth is quite plain. Don’t think it’s chicken or pork broth. Maybe just sauce mixed with water and seasoning. The flavor is more to the Chinese ramen and Korean ramen. But both Chinese ramen and Korean ramen would taste much better. Need to improve and replace something actually ramen or call it noodle soup. 2/10. The stars are for the sushi which is pricy but not bad. Also beef and pork ramen taste exactly the same except the meat is different

My usual sushi stop in Rome. Relaxed atmosphere, high quality to price ratio which I absolutely love. Food is excellent. I love the rice bowl with beef fillet (some flavors I haven’t had in Rome for sure.) and their specialty rolls (also extremely original as far as I’ve seen, never had sushi quite like it, And i love that). Definitely super slept on and they deserve an honest gander.

Usually seating isn’t even an issue and sometimes I wish it was, since I know they deserve a lot more attention than they get.

Great place to take a date without feeling like you have to look a certain way to be treated with respect and care.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. The owner is knowledgeable and extremely friendly and welcoming himself. There’s passion here, and it shows.

Wonderful service, great menu, fish is of a great quality. The always have dishes that change with the seasons. The atmosphere is very laid back and nicely decorated. Prices are a bit high but I think justified as it’s been the best quality sushi I’ve found in Rome. The owner made an effort to talk to his clients and get feedback. In general, everyone who works there was very welcoming.
