I order 2 large chili cheese fries $9.69 per order. When the food arrived the portion size was extremely underwhelming and, in my opinion, not a good value. The box is a decent size, but it was only filled just over a quarter full of frees.
And that is with the fries being placed on a wax paper, when I remove the wax paper the volume is even less.
Extremely disappointed to say the least since this item is almost $10 and is simply fries, chili and cheese which are not traditionally a high-cost item. I’ll go into the store next time I order and see if it makes any difference. They just opened so hopefully this improves and I can update my review to reflect that.

People wanna complain about long wait times… 1st it’s new so they’re busy and 2nd the make your food to order. If u want fast go to mcds where they got ur hour old fries and burger ready to go. Service is great here and I’ve been pleased each time.

The food tasted really good, and the people were very friendly. Drive-thru person was very accurate when taking our order for 6 people. The wait time is a bit long, but they just opened, and that’s to be expected under these circumstances. We will be back!

Well staffed.
Food was served in short order, accurately and hot, once again by a friendly face.
Burger choices were a bit limited, but my mushroom swiss was everything I had hoped for, and the root beer was as good as my childhood memories allowed.
I will be back.

Went on opening day and a few days after. We did stand in line on opening day, for getting in the building at 10, I was surprisingly shocked at the service. I expected to wait a lot longer, no issue, first day, between waiting in line, placing our order, waiting for our food AND eating inside, we were there for a total of maybe 50 minutes? The food only took 10-15 minutes to come out after we placed our order, which other fast food restaurants take longer than that some days being LESS busy. Food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was great. Went the other night, it took less time to get our food, but it was still hot, fresh, and delicious!

Initially I was surprised we were getting an AW and now I’m thrilled! The atmosphere was welcoming and everyone greeted you warmly. Service was quick even in the midst of a rush and extra attention was given to each customer to personalize their experience. The food itself is hot and flavourful.

Ava the girl who took our order was very sweet we both liked her, food was A tier very nice very yummy juicy chicken, very tasty fries. Very amazing milkshake. A&W root beer was pretty good. However there was a lot of employees wandering doing not much so we were kinda overwhelmed with the amount of orange but they’re all nice

Was there a day after Grand opening. Things were a little slow but that’s expected it’s normal right after an establishment opens especially here in the northern woods. Food was amazing. Everyone was friendly, will definitely be back again.
