The noodles taste like fish for some reason and weren’t warm. We complained they replaced them and they still tasted like fish and were not warm. The orange chicken even though they said was brand new was not and I can tell because it’s one of my favorites the only thing I had that was good was the walnut shrimp. I don’t think I’ll be back again

Everytime I eat here I’m not happy, but today is the last straw. $25 and my husbands noodles were undercooked and nasty and my orange chicken tasted like it had been made yesterday and reheated and honestly I work in food service and I have a feeling that’s why there food is so bad most of time.

THIS CREW TODAY..7/11/24 at abt 5:45pm as OUTSTANDING. I did a mobile order and came thru drive thru to pick up. It was so hot,fresh,and deeeeelicious!!!! I started eating BEFORE snapping the pic but omg! This crew needed to be complimented. Young lady in drive thru was very pleasant also.

My husband and I absolutely love East Park! Every time we come to Mason City we always make a trip to East Park. It is full of flowers and beautiful scenery lots of shelters playground equipment for the kids. In the summer you’ll be able to see all the ducks being active as well as the geese and people walking on the walking trails. It’s a lovely spot for to go and enjoy your lunch supper or just an afternoon out with the family.

The food was amazing . The amount not at all worth $8.08 . I ordered bowl of Honey Walnut Shrimp. It came with 4 shrimp and about 1 cup of noodles. Food was fresh just not worth the extra charge for Preminum and 4 shirmp.

We love Panda but unfortunately this location is a bummer place to go. We’ve gone back several times hoping it was just “a bad day” when we’ve had a not so great experience but it turns out, that’s just how it is here. Every time we have gone, the workers act like you’re an inconvenience as soon as you walk in the door. I don’t expect people to be extremely giddy but we’ve never once been greeted in any way even when we’re standing at the front waiting for periods of time to be served. A quick little “we’ll be with you in a moment” instead of ignoring your presence would be nice. Seems like they all hate their job
On top of that, we paid for 80% cabbage/onions in the noodles the last time we went on 4/26. I love veggies but that’s not what I paid for. Wondering if this is a new normal to cut costs company wide or if this was from a shortage of noodles at this particular location and they added all of the veggies as fillers.
We don’t plan on going back unfortunately due to the negative experience and atmosphere on a regular basis.
