Food has gotten more expensive, and you don’t even get the same amount each time. We’ve ordered the mac and cheese several times and the bowl is usually full. I received less than half of a bowl. I noticed when I got home and they offered to have me bring it back and remake it for me. Disappointing at best.

Worst Experience to Date! The order was placed online, with a 25-35 minute window. 40 minutes AFTER the tracker said it was getting quality checked, we called. Apparently their website timer is broken, but we should be getting our pizza soon.
Then, they drop it off, no text, no warning, no anything, like we’re supposed to get, so we notice it somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, and the whole order is ice cold. Thankfully, the kids don’t mind cold pizza.
We open the boxes and the pizzas are dry, the boxes are soaked in grease, and the crust is already hard. Then we open the chese-bread, it’s burned beyond the point of being edible, even by teenagers.
The box says that if you’re not happy, Domino’s will make it right. I’m waiting to see if they even try. If they do, I will come back and update my review, but for now, this is disgusting and not how businesses should operate. So disappointed.

I bought this same pizza. I’m Atlanta Georgia, and I had never eaten dominos before the pizza was off the chain. I decided to try this same pizza in Round Lake, IL. This pizza was terrible. I’m sorry to say.. I got the meatlover, I don’t know . What i do know it was dry. The meat was old, Atlanta Pizza Domino’s was awesome, I know this isn’t Atlanta, but I know ya’ll can do better.. my pizza was terrible .

I’ve ordered from this location several times, and unfortunately, there has been an issue with my order each time—either the pizza is undercooked, burnt, or otherwise incorrect. Most recently, after receiving another incorrect order, the manager called upset that I left a review, and even asked for the incorrect pizza back as if I had requested it to be made that way. This level of service and quality is very disappointing.

I usually get the app and do an order online, that way you can also add a point to get a free pizza. Yet this time I let my wife do the ordering and for some reason she put the date for another day instead of when we were expecting get the pizza on app. Once I got to the cashier we found the order and it took about 15 minutes for about three pizzas and two sets of wings. Was a little disappointed that they removed two wings from their typical eight piece now it’s six piece. Overall we got the pizzas within the timeframe it was a simple pizza and a simple order but the quality was good for the coupon of two toppings 5.99 two pizza.

It’s Domino’s, so don’t expect gourmet pizza, what you get is a fast affordable meal. I really like the boneless Sweet-BBQ chicken and their handmade pan pizza. I’ve ordered online and in-store many times without a single problem. My order has always been made correctly and delivered promptly. The staff in-store has always been friendly and answered the phone quickly. If I have any complaint it would just be that I don’t like the salt they put all over the crust nowadays, it wears out my tongue.
