Stay away from this place unless you like stale bread. I asked the cashier if their bread was fresh. He said it was. Got home and could hardly bite through it. The guy couldn’t answer and info on the app. There were 3 guys behind the counter with smiles on their faces. I bet they were laughing as we’re were going out the door. Never go back.

Absolutely the worst Jimmy John’s store!, my family and I only go here because it’s the closest one to us and we do-try to avoid it if possible due to Horrendous management, employees utterly incompetent. I would think making a sub would do hard, you can literally explain the order of how you would like a sub prepared and they still make it wrong! We have ordered in person and delivery where delivery has taken up to at least an hour, oh and the order was wrong! So I would have to go back to the store to get the sandwich remade. Another incident for my order that was made incorrectly, I called ahead and repeated my order twice, picked up order 20 mins later and came home. Open the subs and they were made wrong. I had to talk to a manager to complain about the order and mention , this wasn’t the first time with this store. He literally said to me “how do you think I feel ?, I have to deal with a bunch of dumb 21 year olds!” Which was a response I was not expecting. He offered a credit but I wanted my order to remade right delivered for the inconvenience, and my order was over 40 dollars! And we are in delivery distance! He laughed and said he will not deliver it because it snowed! . The Taylor store is complete garbage , horrible customer service, dirty and not worth eating at! What an embarrassing establishment! Will never go back to this place again. Beware!

I didnt realize I ordered Subway? Had Reg sauce put on my sandwich and whoever made it turned into slop. Could barely eat it. Every bite I took was basically pure sauce. I ended up just tossing it out and not even finishing it. Sure every location might be different. However, this will leave a long lasting impression. Quality of food across the bored has gotten worse while prices have increased. Just another reminder to just stay home and make your own food. In the long run, it’s healthier and cheaper to boot.

This place needs new management! Store used to be CLEAN and the experience was so friendly but now you feel like you are being rushed out the door so they can get back to their conversation. The lettuce always look gross, bread is hard as a rock and just no care whatsoever. I don’t know what happened to this store in the past year but it has gone downhill! Starts with management and domino’s down, maybe get a new general manager and a whole new crew and train the correctly! I miss how the experience used to be there, won’t be back.

Do NOT go to this location! Lady in front of me got her order messed up so I should’ve known better (I overheard it was made wrong twice). 3 people working but can’t make anything right. Paid for avocado on 2 sandwiches- neither had it. Didn’t add pickles as requested. Had I not already ordered online/paid, I would’ve gone to another location but I’ll never be back here! Advise anyone to do the same if you want what you’re paying for!!

This place never has a delivery driver. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. This is not how you run a business. Unfortunately I get stuck ordering from this place a lot due to the fact that I’m at work and not a lot of places deliver. They are currently using Uber Eats and just takes way too long. Sometimes an hour or more. Totally screwing up my lunch schedule at work. Something new pops up around here I’m done.

They always mess up my order. I order a veggie and add the other cheeses and they always end up taking one cheese off of their choosing—I don’t understand why or what’s going on but I am paying for all 3 of them, not gambling on what cheese I don’t get from here when I order. they always leave at least one of them off.

This box pack 30 half’s for 75.00 was an absolute joke. I was embarrassed to be the person who brought this main course for a Christmas Eve Party. Taylor location. Sent over 50 packets of mustard and mayonnaise. No cheese on the subs. The amount of meat was a joke. I will never support this business again.

Gave me ham instead of roast beef. Made me another one and apologized then asked if I’m sure I didn’t want cheese. I said no cheese thanks. Cheese was on both anyways oh well lol.
