Lovely place with delicious food, including vegetarian options. Enjoyed the vegetable steamed baozi and the vegetable fried rice with tofu, as well as a large pot of green tea. Located in the same building as the Bradbury Science Museum, lots of free parking.

One of our regular stops after swimming. Family run with all the color that comes with that. Small and sometimes tight fit, small tables, but part of the atmosphere. Vegetarian options are limited but our regular is veg eggrolls and bibembap w Tofu… excellent results and consistency.

The bibimbap was a chef’s kiss the vegetables were delicious and the chili sauce they have at the side goes with it perfectly. We also got the steamed pork dumplings which were yummy too but I’d say were average. The price was decent and the service was very friendly.

Yuan’s is definitely a gem in Los Alamos; we go here once a week. My literal only gripe with them is that they’re not open on weekends, but that’s just life in Los Alamos Their food is excellent. I’ve liked everything I’ve tried, but especially love the beef noodle soup and fried buns. Ordering for pick up is super easy and they’ll text you when it’s ready. I’ve never eaten in so can’t speak to that experience, but the staff are always friendly and on top of things when I pick up food. Thanks for being here, Yuan’s!

Friendly staff, pretty good food (we shared boiled AND fried dumplings, and a noodle dish), several condiments at table to mix your own sauce as you please. Some hard cherimoya or soursop (?) flavored candies to go. Small to-go boxes available for leftovers. If I had to nitpick and complain, tab-out service could have been a bit more proactive especially since we were one of the only tables eating in the place since we came early for dinner. But again, that’s *nitpicking*. Definitely try it out!

Yuan’s is our favorite place in town to eat out. The food is consistently fresh and homemade, and the portions large and fairly priced. The service here is friendly and excellent. They sincerely thank you for your business and make it known how grateful they are for your patronage. The beef noodle soup is bursting with flavor and unique spices. The beef is very tender and juicy. The pork and cabbage baozi are so so good! Try them with the chili oil. We also enjoy ordering the chicken Lao mian. Yuan’s is closed on the weekends, so be sure to plan on enjoying their food during the week.

The food here is delicious and has a homemade taste. The menu is small, but portions are big. Recommend sharing with others. I personally got a bibimpap with Chinese sausage, and it was enough for me, but plates like the fried rice should be shared with others since the portion is very large.
