Just had THE BEST experience. Ms. Stachia greeted me with the kindest and best smile. Not only did she greet me that way, but every single person she interacted with she treated with such a kind and happy smile and vibe. The cashier, wish I got her name too, was also exceptionally pleasant. This location is always clean and I get the best service from here all the time. Tonight was just above and beyond the regular awesome service. The Philly sandwich was delicious too.

Normally I have no complaints which is why I’m fair and going with 3 stars across the board but, I was let down today.
I ordered a veggie wrap online, for delivery, on Dec 18th. It was lacking in ingredients considering it was a veggie wrap. I mean, fill it up with lettuce at least. I called the store and they said they’d keep my ticket and give me a free sub to replace that one. I finally got in there today and all I got was a No! No replacement. I figured that would be the case but, it was worth a shot, someone keeping their word. I’ll be sharing photos of the one I originally received

I ordered online and came around the time the food was scheduled to be picked up. They didn’t even start on it; and it wasn’t because they were slammed, it was because they were all goofing around behind the counter. I am a very patient person but when it comes to blatant bad/negligent service, I don’t stand for that. And on top of that, they skimped me on meat and gave me a comically large amount of lettuce to make up for it I guess…

No one greeted us when we walked in. There were 2 people ahead of us but the line moved very slow. Took 15 minutes from ordering to completion of our food. The girl topping the sandwiches had the personality of a limp noodle. Normally the sandwich I order has whole pieces of bacon on it. This time, it was bacon pieces. When I commented on the bacon pieces, the girl just rolled her eyes. There are much better Jersey Mike’s locations in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further and skip this location.

We dined in and while we were eating i saw everyone working together. No one was standing around, they were cleaning tables, windows, pushing in chairs, stocking chips etc. It was nice to see teamwork. I appreciate it! Nice to see employees care about the look of the establishment.

Every Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to has had a friendly and attentive staff, but I can’t rate this particular Jersey Mike’s highly enough. I found out at noon that my employees had nothing to eat for lunch this week while they worked a site outage, so I made a quick catering order with enough food to feed five hungry guys for two days with a pickup roughly an hour and 15 minutes later. I want to give a shout out to Don, the manager, who text me minutes after I placed the order to tell me they could knock out the whole order super fast if I needed it more quickly, and they did. By the time I got there, it was ready. Thanks for great service and great subs!!

The subs they make using the flattop, are essentially perfect (to me.)
They take a sec to make, so order online for pickup, or delivery, if you can’t wait for a few minutes. But they are GREAT.
Honestly, their cold subs are just above average. Even though they cut the meat fresh, and have good quality ingredients.
The employees are always pleasant and capable. This location (like most JM’s) was very clean, and well maintained. I have not tried their bathroom, but I bet it’s clean.
Bottom line.
Well managed, great franchise, great subs. I wish they were a bit cheaper, but they are about the same price as comparable competition.

During my visit to this particular Jersey Mike’s. The staff was so attentive and nice. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Immediately took my order. For everything right and made sure to send me with a salutation when I left. Not one person was just standing around everyone staff member was being attentive to their work. I love seeing work ethics as such!!
