Two different experiences within 24 hours.
My wife was on a girlfriend trip so my diet was put aside for the weekend.
Saturday afternoon I ordered at the restaurant with a 14 minute wait for my food. The server came out twice with orders that were for other customers. On the third round, my food was delivered. The food was hot, fresh, and extremely tasty.
Sunday afternoon I ordered on the app, same meal as Saturday and when I arrived 7 minutes later, it was packaged and ready for me. Again the food was hot, fresh and delicious.
The app a saved me time before the sleet covered the roads.

this is hands down the worst food establishment in blue ridge. i don’t know why i keep ordering from here. of the last 10 visits, they have never once managed to get the order correct. not to mention the wait time is abysmal and the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. don’t waste your time here, go to bojangles if you want easy fast food chicken.

We arrived around 1230 on 10/19/25, we proceeded to drive through, there were five vechicles in the parking lot assuming a couple for employees the place was basically empty. The car in drive though in front of us placed order and was directed to park and wait. We were next we ordered two chicken sandwich meals nothing complicated. We were directed to park. After a few minutes another car behind us pulled up to wait for their order. We spent at least 20 minutes waiting. The sandwich was fine as I would expect for waiting that long. The fries seemed to have been sitting for a while. When I left the person behind me was still waiting. Would I return, more than likely not if they were this slow with only a couple cars in the lot, I could imagine how it would be if they had a crowd…..

Unbelievable! I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order in drive thru. Finally, one of the employees had me give me order at the window instead of the speaker so I had to memorize my order. I overheard one of the employees scream to the dining room “is anyone else missing their food”. That should have been my clue. Then it took so long to get my food, I had to walk into the dining room and ask where it was. There was only one other person waiting on food and there four men working. How can four people get so far behind that they can’t serve two customers? They got my order wrong. They didn’t give me dipping sauces. It was just awful. I will never go back again and I plan on reaching out to corporate. It’s unacceptable.

I placed an order online almost 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I ordered ahead to save time because I travel for work and have travel deadlines. I arrived at the store to be told they can’t find my order. The help feature of the app is absolutely useless in that regard. I’ve been sitting, pulled up, waiting for over 20 minutes, and I don’t even know if they have “found my order.” I used to love Popeyes, but my last several experiences have been a nightmare at multiple different locations. I think this might be the last straw, and Popeyes restaurants will go on my list of places I won’t spend my money at.

We were on vacation staying in a cabin in the mountains We saw a Popeyes on our way and wanted to save time on dinner. We ordered a family feast and a chicken sandwich meal and a extra sandwich that was damn near $60 The staff was smiling and nice they gave us our food and we left. We got to the cabin 30 mins away and open the box of chicken it was burnt and dried out. I was so disappointed We had to go back out to get more food. I took the chicken that was burnt back and the manager was very rude she said the marinade machine was broken that’s why the chicken was dark. I asked her why did they give us chicken we couldn’t eat. She said she couldn’t give my money back so she replaced our burnt chicken with soggy chicken. Everyone of us was on the toilet the next day even my baby. We drank ginger ale, Pepto Bismarck and ate tums for 24hrs I’m glad we had 3 bathrooms in our cabin. I guess that’s why they were so cheerful when we paid for our food.

Dehydrated chicken strips…..burnt shrimp…. Ridiculous!!!!!!!
The older lady at the front window had the nerve to get upset because she told us our drink was water when we asked for sprite (childishness)!!! Then they forgot parts of our meal and were upset because we asked for our condiments WHEN THEY NEVER GAVE US ANY!!!!! This restaurant although it looks nice on the outside that’s ABOUT IT!!!

The Popeye’s in Blue Ridge is a very good restaurant. The kitchen and dining area are clean and well maintained. The chicken is very tender and never appears to have been sitting in a warmer all morning. The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Very nice experience. For a popeyes, this must be the slowest one I have been … shame they are so slow, the popeyes in Fort Walton is 20 times as buisy and I consider slow; this one takes the honors. The food was good 31 minutes to get the food was way too long. The drive-in was not busy.
