Went in because I hadn’t had a root beer in a long time. I wanted zero sugar, due to diabetes. I told the clerk I wanted a large. He asked if i wanted any food? I answered, no. He handed me a cup and told me to just go ahead and take it.
This treatment and connection with the customer creates loyal customers & has been largely lost.

Does this look like a chicken tender? No my husband got a chicken little and his meat was bigger than all 3 of my chicken tenders combined!! I spent $5 on 3 piece tender box thingy and I got 3 tiny chicken pieces. My cat could eat those 3 pieces of chicken and still be hungry!! Also my husband asked for ketchup and mayo on his burger and got ketchup and mustard instead. Wow just wow won’t be going to this location again.

This is a nice location that has been remodeled and looks pretty close to new. The two employees I interacted with were friendly. The cheeseburger I ordered was pretty basic tasting and nothing to write home about. The strawberry shake I had however was really good. If I were to change anything, I would just make it less sweet. The only issue I really noticed during my visit was that the Men’s restroom was a bit dirty. The toilet looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed or cleaned in awhile. Other than that, the rest of the restaurant was nice and clean. I was also digging the 80s playlist of songs they had going over the speakers. Glad I stopped in!

All the food made me sad for attempting to eat it. How do you make fries that bad? I have to ask the people that work at this place “do you hate all food or just this food” now i have to work extra to buy food from someplace else. i guess if you can’t taste anything and don’t mind getting ill eat the food at this place go for it. maybe the people that run it want it shut down for some reason and make nasty food.

Yum! This place is yummy. It’s been there forever, and they know what they’re doing. Quick service, friendly staff. I took my Fad there for the first time in probably 20 years, and it was enjoyable. The place is old, but looks clean. The tables were clean, the floor not sticky or greasy. It smelled clean. I commend the owners for doing such a good job, hiring caring staff and even though they looked shorthanded, nobody lacked for anything, and again it was clean!

Actually go here for the KFC part. This is the only one I’ll go to in my area! The customer service is great. They anticipate my expectations and always let me know if I’m waiting on fresh chicken or biscuits. They’ve never screwed my order up and always courteous and clean. Even when they were remodeling and only had drive through open they still met expectations!

Outside looks old, but that’s where my complaints end. Inside is clean, well-lit, and modern. Staff are helpful, neatly dressed, giving and polite. Chicken & root beer are as awesome as I can ever remember. And the 50’s-era music is clear yet not too loud. Great experience!

I’m giving this one star because I just went there to eat. I arrive at 6:40 PM. And one of the employees is locking the doors. Yes, they closed the dining area at 6:40 PM. I prefer to dine in, because I like my food hot. If you are going to close at this location during the dinner rush, hard pass from now on. I’ll go to Arctic Circle instead

Drive thru only no in store service or dining. Very inconvenient. Drive thru personnel were snappy and rather rude. Probably good you could not go in anyway. Fries not to good, soggy and limp with some nasty coating. AW root beet tasted like cough medicine. Nothing like I’d expect from a KFC or A&W.

Waited 20 minutes for them to confirm my order on DoorDash and then the Dasher waited 45 minutes just to have them cancel it for no reason at all. They wouldn’t give the dasher a reason at all they just told him that they wouldn’t be filling my order. What a pathetic way to run a business and sure fire way to lose a customer for life.
