First time stopping for lunch to check out a new option. Very quiet about 1:00pm so seated immediately. Huge menu so LOTS of good options. Quality and portion size was very good so the value was there. When getting ready to leave the server delivered my check then hung around waiting for my card. That was somewhat of a turnoff but overall my experience was very good. I’d go back again in the future.

Food took 75 min to come and 2 out of 3 meals were cold and dried out due to sitting under heat lamps. One meal was decent and warm. Waitress was nice and apologized and went out of her way to make sure special food items were correct but that’s the best I can say.

We were hungry for Mexican yesterday, so went to El Loro in Waconia for an early supper. As we got to the parking lot, two other vehicles were leaving and no other cars in the lot. Seen a sign on the door they were closed yesterday, so needed to settle for a burger. Really hope they and their workers will be back offering great food and service soon!!

Took over an hour to receive our COLD food. Waitress disappeared after our third refill of chips and salsa. Food was disgusting and overcooked. We had to ask the buss boy to get our bill and to go boxes because we didn’t eat any of it and we needed to go. Several tables that were seated well after us were served first. I’ve never reviewed a restaurant but this one was needed.

Food was great but the server stealing almost 4 dollars is lazy and not okay. Will never be visiting again or recommending anyone go to this place. Why would you steal money? Me tipping over 20 percent isn’t good enough? Because you’re too lazy and just felt like tipping yourself 20 bucks. Despicable.
