This is the worst location to go to. I ordered a meal online and trusted that they would give me the full meal and rover 16 minutes home to find out they gave me 1 meal. The local phone number they have on their website and on the google, my business page never works. Goes straight to voicemail.
Highly recommend this place get zero stars and corporate look into the health and hygiene.
Bad service, bad location. They can’t even get the chicken tender order, right.

In my opinion they have the best fried chicken out of all the chicken fast food places. With that said I tried their new Ghost pepper wings. My first initial thought was that they were not that spicy but then after awhile the spice sneaks up on you with the aftertaste. I’ll have to say these wings were nice and crispy with a juicy center. Very good for wings. Don’t be afraid to try these they are hot but not that much hotter than their spicy chicken.

We always go here especially tuesday because of their deals.. Foods are Hot and Fresh.. Usually we ordered chicken nuggets and it’s always a cook to order so the food is very hot.. Employees are very nice and welcoming..

When I ordered Chicken sandwich ghost pepper they added bacon on top of it which is not acceptable. I’ll not eat bacon and they gave me with bacon, absolutely disgusting.

Ordering from their website? Think twice if you don’t want to be cheated by them.
To put it short: they intentionally serve me two items as opposed to three that I ordered on their website where the tenders were missing and they didn’t tell me until I found it out myself later. The manager told me because I ordered from their website (popeyes.com) they are adding some arbitrary additional charge so the price I paid was only enough for two items. They also couldn’t explain to me why I was extraly charged for the fries and biscuits either but simply told me to go and he will follow up with his boss to see what he can do. The manager showed no sign of apology, and I was even wondering if he realized this was a mistake on his end, not me. Ridiculous. I cannot believe this is how they are doing business in the US! My first time there and will be my last time as well.

the slowest service ive ever experienced. ive have to follow up on my order twice and both time they said 5 minutes but i waited over half an hour for them to prepare it and there were not a lot of customers in the store anyway.
