I got the hatch green chile Mac. It was good but I don’t think it was worth the price. I understand these days everything’s going up in price but for Mac and cheese without a protein I don’t think I’d spend that again. Great service though

Let me start out by saying the customer service received was excellent served with a smile unfortunately I cannot say the same about the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese I ordered was Cajun style. But once I tried the mac and cheese it just tastes like something I could have made at home and put a little Cajun spice on it. I will say it wasn’t worth the $13. Unfortunately I would not recommend the food truck. I was extremely disappointed and I really enjoyed Mac and cheese. My daughter-in-law is mac and cheese was way better..

I ordered takeout last weekend however, the food truck was unsanitary and filthy. My macaroni was cold, and the meat was fatty and flavorless, making it unenjoyable to eat. The meat was undercooked and inedible. Will not be going again. I wasted my money and it sucks because I drove 25min to go try.

i would love to actually be able to review this food truck, as their menu looks great. however, i booked them for a professional event and they never showed up.
i booked them over a week in advance, and was told that they would show up at 4pm the day of the event (the event was scheduled for 5pm). at 4:30 they had not showed up, so i reached out to them. a man answered my call, and said he was in traffic and would not be arriving till 6pm (two hours late).
i asked why he didn’t call to let me know, and he made up a story that the traffic added 40 minutes to his trip. the math was seriously not mathing, as 40 minutes late = arriving at 4:40, not 6:00.
i let everyone know that the event would be postponed till 6pm.
a few minutes after i sent out the word that they’d be late, a woman from 3sixty macology called, and said their trailer got a flat! and that they would have to cancel.
very interesting that they got a flat in the middle of standstill traffic. horrible luck!! (please detect my sarcasm).
now i look unprepared when really, these people can’t even keep their lies straight.
would 100% not recommend!

This truck is at the apartment complex that we just moved to ocotillo Bay Apartments. We were wanting to support this food truck. So we got the lobster and Mac for 17.00 plus change. Small bowl with 3 strands of lobster that you have to really look for. They use some curly looking macaroni and taste like watery fake cheese. I have such an aftertaste from just a few bites and in the garbage it went. Hope they enjoyed my one time contribution because I’ll never support this food truck again if it comes to our complex again. Such a disappointment. While we were in line my husband scan the barcode from the front of the truck and reviews came up 2 stars but we had already ordered this garbage. So buyer beware.

Bad business. Never showed for a wedding they had booked for months. Imagine, a brides dream day everything is going as you envisioned and then you find out there is no food because the food truck you booked months in advance with a deposit was a no call no show. How do you think that made the bride feel? If you want your special day ruined go ahead and book with them.

Do not hire them. I booked them back in february and Paid them to cater our wedding Oct 7 and they were a no- show. Completely ghosted us and went silent. Never got a call or anything. There was no where to get food nearby for 40 people and we are disgusted with this company. They will not answer the phone or return our phone call. Thanks for nothing, signed the GROOM.

I got the brisket with 2 sides (avocado potato salad and spicy cheesy black beans). For $15 I felt that the brisket and sides were very small portions. There was nothing spicy or cheesy about the beans. They tasted and looked like they were dumped from a can into the serving cup. There was almost no cheese and had very little flavor. The potato salad had generous amounts of avocado however the celery threw off the flavor. There was so much cilantro and celery that it overpowered the flavors of the other ingredients. The brisket was very chewy and tough. It had so much juice on the meat that it leaked all over the box and bag. With how much juice was in the bag I expected the meat to be juicy too but instead it seemed all the juice was on the outside and none was in the meat. First and last time I will go to this food truck

This business is despicable. I booked them for my wedding 8 months ago, put a deposit down and spoke to Lance several times and even went over menu items a few weeks ago. Turn clock forward…my WEDDING DAY. I got to venue to get married and was told AFTER the ceremony the food truck was a no-show. Myself and several.others tried to call and text them to see where they were…THEY GHOSTED me and we had to go get food for my wedding guests on the spot. My Maid of Honor googled them and saw they had left for New Mexico on Thursday. A CALL, TEXT, EMAIL ANYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERENT COMING!!
DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM. THEY RUINED MY WEDDING RECEPTION AND still have My deposit which I made on March 7th!
