All I can say is I have deleted my app and I am done with my purchase from Pizza hut after 55 years. Customer service is poor. There is no email to reach out too. Their parent company Yum! Brands is on the verge of dumping PH as a company after almost 2 years of declining sales. Overcooked , and small portions and blah sauce. The app is not user- friendly to be honest. Their sun is fading in the crowded market of national and local pizza establishments. The only reason they got 4 stars from me for atmosphere was a remodel of their outside. I had to be fair. However, A gift wrapped rotten egg still stinks. The rest would have been truly 1 star for service and neg 3 for n food. For the same price, Papa Johns or Papa Murphy’s is a better option. Casey’s or Kwik Star offers better options than PH. Truly , Dominos has come a long way back and actually, I have been pleasantly please with their new menu. Bon Appetit!

The Pizza Hut off of West Kimberly is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had! The building looks like a crack house, and the pizza tastes like it was soaked in old grease.
It’s a drive-through to pick up your pizza, and they still asked for a tip. One large pan mushroom and sausage, one medium thin crust pepperoni was $35.00
I will not be returning.

We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of the BIG new Yorkers & 1stuffed crust, the BIG new Yorkers were only $10 a piece, I did one of them as “build your own” so there was a $5 upcharge but it was still an amazing deal. The service and food was amazing.

Someone at Pizza Hut corporate is smoking that good good to think this tavern style crust is in any way shape or form what you’d get in a Chicago thin crust bar pie. This is a cracker style crust. Not even corn meal on the bottom like a tavern style. Technically,
i think its not even a dough, its a flatbread. To add to my disappointment, the pizza was delivered by Dale Jr or Ricky Bobby it seems. Nothing like tipping 18% and having your driver jumping curbs on the way to your house with a pizza that took 15 minutes to deliver! Shut the front door!

I ordered online at 6:08pm.
It said it would be ready by 6:23pm.
As I sat in the parking lot I watched the workers all playing around and horseplaying. So when i came in, I expected my food to, at the very least, be ready.
Its currently 6:34pm and I still havent got my food yet. The manager was rude and said it wasnt her fault that her workers didnt drop my food on time to be completed by the time the app said.
When i came in it said ready on the screen above the counter, but it still is not ready yet. The manager refused to tell me her name so it would not be mentioned in the comments. She claims shes not obligated to. Her name started with k or c though. When the worker called her over I heard him say her name.
She was very rude and refused to take any responsibility for her team’s short comings, and she showed no remorse for the poor customer service.
I cant forget the manager doesn’t wear gloves while preparing the food.
She literally came to the counter touched all on the register and went back to making someone elses food.

West Kimberly Pizza Hut is good but the past few times door dash has delivered my food and they are always forgetting something and it’s super annoying cause it just extra money we had to spend. Then I call them and they say oh that must be the other store… no it was them!!!
