Every single time I order the same drink, and every single time it tastes exactly the same, no matter who makes it. That is what I love about this place.
Any other place you go in town, sometimes it’s good, sometimes terrible, andnyou never known what you’re getting.
Love the consistency.
Food isn’t always great. Sometimes its good and other times it’s way over heated, stale, dry, mushy, or who knows what. Don’t really go for the food so much.

This is my go to Caribou Coffee! The coffee is consistently good and hot. The staff is great! If I do happen to misorder or be misunderstood, which rarely happens, they are always quick to make it right. The manager here works very hard to stay on top of her store and takes pride in it—and it shows!

The coffee I’m having now is excellent. The location is perfect, the interior is beautiful. So why the three stars? Believe me, I would put it down to one star because of the strange staff member, who works in this coffee house and doesn’t know what a Cappuccino is. She also doesn’t know what a “Malted Mocha” is, an item that caught my attention on their menu.
It began when I walked up to the counter, looking up at their menu and said to the girl “can you tell me more about the Malted Mocha, what’s in it?”
“The malted what? She said.
She then beckoned her coworker, who simply said “oh it’s sweeter than a regular Mocha.” The response didn’t exactly satisfy my curiosity, however I moved on. I noticed no cappuccinos listed on their menu. Logically I thought, I’m in an established that makes fresh brewed coffee – so why not ask if they make them. To the same person, “do you have Cappuccinos?”
She looked at me like I was an alian “Cappuccinos! what’s that?”
I then said, “you work in a coffee establishment and you don’t know what a cappuccino is?” “I’m new here” I then asked, “can you please ask your friend if I can get a cappuccino?”
I realize employees are difficult to come by these days but, this one is up in the clouds. Yes she is young, but compared to the rest of the staff here, she’s not on the ball. I hope she learns the business and makes a fortune in whatever she likes one day.
To be fair to Caribou, and the girl who knew what she was doing, my cappuccino turned out excellent.
The establishment itself is very nice inside, a beautiful build out. They have a nice product line to choose from. I will come again despite my three stars, and likely raise them.

A quiet relaxing atmosphere with great coffee and comfortable chairs. Great place to meet a friends and visit. Service was fast and very appreciated. Highly recommend and the pastries were Awesome also.

I love the atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options… Tall table for standing, half booth for soft seat stidying/computer work, long massive tables for spread out studying, and deep seated arm chairs for relaxing soft deep conversations with friends. Huge windows with tables for natural light working. A fireplace!!! Severalllll breakfast sandwich options. Detailed decor! I love the papyrus wall of cards to buy. Merch galore.
They also have in house mugs so there’s no need to use a one time use cup! They have coconut and almond milk yay!

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheddar biscuit. Opened it up and all the cheese was all over the wrapper. None left on the sandwich. It had slipped apart. Tell me what the point of the cheese was? Maybe wrap it tighter so it doesn’t fall apart…

Tasty drinks made accurately with little wait time. That said, the size difference between small and medium cold beverages are nearly negligible and not worth the extra cost – just go with a small.

It wasn’t with this caribou it’s the one on 6th and Illinois I ordered a campfire mocha through the app and when I get my order I think it wasn’t exactly what I ordered it tasted different then how I normally get it. I am thinking they messed my order up with someone else’s.

The best thing about Caribou Coffee is the atmosphere it gives off. It has got to be probably the nicest looking coffee shop in all of Aberdeen. It was really a very chill atmosphere with very comfortable seating and friendly service. Truly, this alone makes a coffee shop worth the time.
When it comes to the coffee side of things, I know that they serve quality coffee with excellent service. Would I always go here for coffee? Probably not always, but definitely often.
Overall, a great experience with pretty good coffee. Great place to fellowship and talk with comfortable seating. Caribou: keep up the good work
