On October 8th, between approximately 3:20 and 3:25 PM, I visited your location to pick up a food order with my companion. During our visit, we observed an employee handling our chicken wings with bare hands immediately after touching the cash register and the door, without washing his hands or using gloves or tongs. This occurred even though the food had just come out of the oven.
We expressed our concerns to the employee and requested a refund, explaining that we witnessed him handling our food without following proper sanitary procedures. The employee responded by saying, “we have a lot of orders coming in and that’s why I did it.”
I found this explanation unsatisfactory, as it reflects a lack of adherence to basic food safety standards and poor customer service. Such practices can pose significant health risks to customers.
I do not intend to return to this location and will be contacting corporate to formally report this incident. I also believe this matter should be reviewed further, as there are security cameras in the kitchen area that can verify what took place.
For identification purposes, the employee in question was heavyset, had black and blue dreadlocks, and appeared somewhat disheveled. Based on this experience, I am concerned about the overall food safety practices at this establishment.

I just picked up over $100 worth of pizza from this place and had no cups to offer they were charging $.15 per plate and also for the crushed red peppers and Parmesan cheese they charge I think it’s kind of ridiculous how condiments are becoming a chargeable item. It’s kind of sad that you can No longer spend over $100 at a restaurant and not even be offered condiments for the food but then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. This isn’t A negative review on the food more so on the business itself

I always come to buy food for my children here but today I came in and saw that the women khristin doesn’t even dare to wash her hands to make pizza she’s handling money, phone and I saw her going straight to put cheese on the pizza I got disgusted we have to care of washing your hands like cooking for your own family she still dare to charge me for 2 plates to give my babies food after a long drive so I decided to just get napkins worst case if we get sick they won’t accept there the problem not staying hygiene.

The problem I have is paying for delivery and no getting my order delivered to my door . You get a good tip from me for you to call me outside to come get my order instead of bringing it to my door . Then don’t give me my receipt til I ask you for it but you rip off the store info like I don’t know where it’s located . I pay for delivery I expect it to come to my door . Managers need to have conversations with delivers on better service .

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Papa John’s pizza and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received from Django. From the moment I placed my order over the phone , to the delivery driver arriving at the High School , everything was seamless and efficient.
The pizza itself was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly cooked crust. But what really stood out to me was the attentiveness of the staff. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, the representative I spoke with was friendly and informative, giving me an accurate estimated time of arrival.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Papa John’s and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. The excellent customer service and high-quality food have made me a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

Every single time I order two pizzas online, I request that BOTH pizzas are square cut! It NEVER happens. I am feeding little people that waste food. I WISH they could get my online orders correct. JUST ONCE. You would think that they would take care of their regular customers. I guess not.

I ordered a medium pizza and wings from here and waited for my tracker to say “delivered” for 47mins. No worries. I finally received a notification saying “How was your delivery with Maaoui?” Funny because I had no delivery. Still…no biggie. I simply called the store asking what happened and that’s when everything went south. The lady I spoke with wasn’t rude at all but seemed confused. After being put on hold 3 times She finally said the driver came and knocked but nobody answered so they returned the order to the store. Not sure how that happened because there were multiple people in the house with a ring doorbell and camera. The number they said that they called was incorrect. I gave her my correct number and politely asked her to remake the order and call upon arrival. She then placed me on hold again. After 2 mins an aggressive man picked up the phone saying “How can I help you”? I told him that I was placed on hold by the young lady and he proceeded to explain back to me the issue. I told him I’m fine as long as you all replace the order. He argued me down about the time it took for the tracker to tell me my order was delivered. This man was very sassy in letting me know that they have been to the address already and they usually don’t remake things and redeliver and how inconvenient this was and that they will charge me extra. I said ok and asked him for his name and his title . He aggressively said HARRISON and he’s the store manager smh. I asked for a last initial (that’s normally how we identify ourselves in the professional world) and he said “NO, so you can complain about me?” and laughed. I explained to him that I just wanted to know who I spoke with. He confirmed that they’ll be charging me and he hung up. Long story short …I ordered my food at 8:20 and didn’t receive until 10:35. So yea customer service is 0/10. And as a former ops manager, do better papa John’s. If you have people like Harrison leading the department then you’re doomed!
