The food was good, but other than that I had a very bad experience. No heat in the restaurant on a super cold night. Employees barely acknowledged me, and never gave me my lemonade and I had to ask for it twice before I actually got it. This is the most disgusting, horrible, complete place I’ve ever been to. They’re open until 11:00 PM. I arrived at 9:00 PM. And they told me to leave and kicked me out of the room, saying, “Go to the drive-thru.” I stood in line at the drive-thru, and they said they were closed. Even though it’s 9:00 PM, they’re supposed to be open until 11:00. This is a pathetic, disgusting place. No respect for customers, and it’s disgusting. I won’t recommend it to anyone. I’ll tell everyone to avoid this place and I hope you go bankrupt and are damned

Arrived in the drive thru for my food and told to wait 25 mins in my car. After 30 minutes of waiting, I waited 25 more minutes before getting my food. This was after multiple update requests and finding out they did not view my order until I was already waiting 45 mins due to my name being the same as a doordash pickup…the staff show no urgency or basic empathy.

I have never posted a negative review of a food place in my life. But this very well may be the worst establishment in the country. I have been coming here my entire life and they have never seemed to be able to do this thing right. No matter what time of the day you come, they can never have it ready in a reasonable time. There could be not a single car in the drive thru or a person inside and the food won’t be done, even if you order thru the app. You could put the order in year 1965 and it still wouldn’t be done when you arrive. The order is always wrong even after you give them 6 years to prepare. It’s been decades that I’ve been hoping they could fix this. It’s hard to even imagine you could mess this up this many times for this many decades.
Also, they’ll lock the dining area door whenever they want so your only option is the drive thru. And if that’s the only option just go somewhere else.

The chicken was not crispy, but greasy. Our guess is that the Colonel’s secret recipe and cooking technique was kept so secret that no one here knew what it was. The soft drinks were almost tasteless like someone forgot to connect the flavoring tanks. If it wasn’t for the poorly filtered water taste and low carbonation there might have been no taste. There was skilled soda on the counter and floor. The fries were great and limp. The biscuits and coleslaw were the only things that were good. The young lady that took our order was very friendly and professional. She did a great job. The kitchen staff, however, were loud, seemed to be more interested in horseplay and cussed a lot.
Never going back to this KFC.

I would love to give this restaurant more stars. The food is pretty good, but I write this review as I have been waiting over an hour for a 12 piece tender. Almost every employee ignores you and looks so dead to the world. I had one employee check on me, Tariq, and she seemed upset that we had been waiting so long and asked the kitchen staff about the wait. This place is so dirty, and service is so slow that its a shame I have to leave a bad review. The store management and franchise owner need to review what they are doing and fix themselves from the top up. A store shouldn’t be this bad unless the management team is downright toxic and awful to its employees or the pay is horrendous. You can do better.

This store is the prime example of why KFC and taco bell are going into the ground. This is the opposite of fast food. You should only come here if you plan to wait at least 30 min for your food, if not more. The store is completely empty for a reason, yet still manages to take forever to get the food out.

If I could give them no stars, that is exactly what I would rate this KFC! The one worker was rude as hell and wanted to curse at me because he said all the food was ready except the mac & cheese. We had a pool up and there was no communication with us. We had to then proceed to knock on the back door for someone to answer and he then wanted to say they ran out of pot pies. But yet in the beginning at the window, he said our food was ready and we were just waiting on mac & cheese. Horrible horrible customer service! I will be contacting corporate!

Went here with a friend. Had good Chicken and Mac Cheese i dipped my Chicken in the Cheese. Ice Machine was bust but Drink was still Cold and was great Sweet Lightning MT Dew tastes like Sunny D Carbonated.

Got the three piece box. White meat. I got all dark meat. Took it back and they fixed it. Checked to see and my biscuit was completely smashed and the chicken looked like it was just sitting in grease, it was saturated also the chicken wasnt even completely done. The kid at the counter was nice and courteous but the food sucked.
