I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the food quality needs serious improvement. I placed a to-go order for a Caesar salad with chicken on the side and a Vongole pasta. Unfortunately, the chicken was so dry it tasted like leftovers from the day before (photo attached), and the pasta was overcooked and soggy from not being properly strained.
This meal cost over $70 — quite pricey for a casual lunch — and honestly, it’s not unreasonable to expect properly cooked food for that price.
I understand restaurants often charge a premium for ambiance and presentation, but that premium should come with at least basic cooking standards and consistency. I truly hope they can work on quality control — because right now, it’s hard to justify the price or another visit.

Portion was ridiculous I paid $27 for a shrimp salad with no shrimp or onions. I got it with onions so I had to return it and wait again.
The flavors were just not there! The presentation was really disappointing, I mean they could have easily served it in a bowl.
Anyways… NEVER AGAIN!

I attended the first ever Chandon Champagne Brunch on Saturday. All you could eat food and champagne and it was amazing. Christine and her bunch were some friendly and welcoming. Loved every minute of it. She also allowed us to tour the Speak Easy cause we had ideas of events and birthdays there. Can’t wait to get in there to make plans. Also the place was gorgeous. Thanks for the great time.

Great lasagna, cocktails and scenery
Came to the Rosalie for an anniversary dinner, which was recommended as it is conveniently located in the C. Baldwin hotel. Not only was the food delicious but the service from Tannis was great as well. We started with the garlic bread, which was very flavorful with a delicious marinara. Main entrée was the lasagna and salmon dish, which were both delightful but delicate. as far as ambience, the Rosalie has multiple different seating venues, which make it a great place depend on what kind of vibe you want. Not only was this place of surprise, it will be a new go to.
Will be back to devour more of the menu….

Rosalie Italian Soul is such a vibe. The decor is absolutely beautiful and I love the quaint intimate space for dining. There’s also a bar, but I didn’t partake as I normally would there because we had the majority of the restaurant to ourselves. We enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer and after I had the eggplant rollatini and my guest had the crispy seared salmon. The eggplant rotini was a bit sticky, which is a nice way to say dry. I also was not the fan of the eggplant itself, which I felt might’ve been slightly overcooked. The sticky salmon was absolutely delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer. Also espresso martinis here were divine. Service was great but fair warning. They only had one waiter, who did a phenomenal job, but I do worry if it gets busy that might be difficult or challenging. Overall, I do recommend m, especially for the ambience. You should be aware that the valet parking at the Baldwin hotel is $35 which I think is absolutely absurd but aside from that, loved the vibes here.

This restaurant is so good! Love the ambience and decor as you enter. Also the food is delicious, everything I ate was so tasty and flavorful. And the best part of my experience was the service! Tannis was incredible, kind and really went above and beyond. We were a big group and he memorized everyone’s names, drink orders and constantly ensured we were good and taken care of. He made our dining experience so amazing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend dining here. And if you do, request to sit in Tannis’ section. What a wonderful night!

We went to this restaurant for a friend’s birthday and the menu was very limited. It was not the menu post on the website. I won’t complain about the speed of service because we had one waitress and a large party she did her best but the food was terrible. Presentation was good on the plate but that’s it. Both mine and my husbands food were over salted to the point it was barely edible especially the starches. I had to choke it down because I hadn’t eaten all day. My rice was super salty and he had grits that tasted like the cap fell off the salt. My cauliflower was ok had curry on it but no other spices and it was the the best thing on my plate. I also tasted other dishes from our group, not great. Pasta was flavorless, pizza was salty (how do you mess up pizza?). I will never eat here again but for future patrons please taste food before delivering it to the table, please!

We came for a going away party brunch. We started with mimosas and a charcuterie board. Mimosas were good, but honestly, the char board looked like it was from Costco, came missing the cheese, and had stale nuts.
The next course was the eggs benedict, lemon ricotta French toast, and the weekly ravioli. The French toast was amazing the eggs benedict came with unexpected and unlisted bacon, and the ravioli was so drenched in olive oil I had to send it back. The food service was painfully slow even though the waiter was patient and nice.
We were told that there would be added gratitude which we expected with 8 people but it was not exactly clear that they could only split bill equally between the 8. So someone that got a 12 salad had to pay 50 instead. We were able to remedy this with the waiter but beware of this issue and that they do not accept cash.
Overall the setting is cute, got some nice pictures, had some hits and misses with the food, and ultimately managed to escape this brunch adventure. Will not recommend and will not return

The atmosphere was beautiful, the decorations were gorgeous, and the service was impeccable.
For drinks we got the Miss Fuzzy Britches (4/5) and The Great Countess (5/5).
The calamari for an appetizer was 3/5. It was quite crumbly and soft. I was expecting more crunch.
I decided to try the weekly rotation Ravioli. It was cod ravioli this week. I would give it a 2/5. It was very unpleasant for me. I didn’t want to send it back so I still ate it. My friends got the Spinach and Ricotta Manicotti. They were very happy with theirs.
Overall, we had a beautiful time.
