Reviews
From the moment we walked in, the guy behind the counter had the worst attitude. Asking a simple question—like what comes with the meal or whether they accept coupons—was apparently too much for him, because he would sigh loudly, roll his eyes, and act like we were bothering him just by existing. Customer service was non-existent. It felt like we were being a burden, not customers.
And when it came time to actually make the sandwich? He literally threw the ingredients onto the bread like we were animals being fed scraps. No care, no professionalism—just slapping things around like it was a chore. It was honestly insulting. We were paying for food, not begging for it.
It gets worse: we tried to speak Spanish with him (because he claimed he spoke Spanish), and instead of being helpful, he mumbled back so quietly and awkwardly it felt like he was mocking us. It was disrespectful and unnecessary. If you don’t want to speak Spanish, just say so—but don’t play games or act like you’re above everyone else.
To top it all off, the advertised deals are completely fake. They have coupons everywhere, but when you try to use them? “Oh, we don’t accept those.” What’s the point of promotions if you’re going to turn people away at the register? Total bait-and-switch tactic.
Overall, this place was a complete disaster. Rude employee, zero respect, sketchy promotions, and a hostile vibe all around. If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, go to literally any other Subway—or better yet, support a local sandwich shop that actually respects its customers.
My son likes Subway, but he needs to look at what he is ordering, and this is making it hard to go to Subway for food for him. The attendant was kind enough to take a picture of the meats with my phone so that my son could see, but it is unlikely that we will find people this kind in every store.
