Last time I ordered my two pizzas were delivered with No Cheese. REALY NO CHEESE!! So I called and was told they would give me a credit for $24. and some change. So I went to use it this evening. Lol I only received a credit for $8.00. Now I am upset for the second time on the pizza with no cheese. They are not honest or true to good customer service. Last time I order from them!

I used to order from here all the time. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a pizza for delivery that had no sauce and it was hard. Called back and asked for a remake. I was told it would be redelivered and it would take 30 minutes. A hour passes by and still no pizza. I call back, get the run around and was told the pizza was delivered. Unbeknownst to me the driver put the pizza on the ground outside in 30 degree weather. Didn’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door. He didn’t even walk in the path of the ring camera for it to pick up that someone was at the door. I called back and asked for the store manager. I was told they can’t provide the store managers name and he’s not available until Friday. A man picks up the phone after I’ve been talking to the assistant manager Rose this entire time and he says he’s the store manager I ask what’s his name, he says I can’t give you that. It’s like high school kids playing on the phone. No accountability, bad customer service, horrible drivers. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Carry-out: l was not greeted upon entering the shop; this was my very first Dominos Pizza, gave it a 6, the crust was kind of thin, but overall the pizza was flavorful.
The chicken wings were mushy, barely had any bbq sauce and tasted strange. I guess we’ll stick with pizza hut.

I’ve been ordering from this location a long time at least 3 times a month. I order two specialty pizza that wasn’t done. I called up there to get hung up on, with no solution after calling back. Will not be ordering again horrible customer service.

Always does an amazing job with my orders, this time I was accidentally delivered garlic bites with two icings and not the cinnamon ones. I put it on the feedback survey as out of the whole order I do look forward to the cinnamon bread the most, Billy at Oakleaf Dominos had dropped off a fresh set at my door within like 15 minutes with three extra icings and also called me saying he did so. I appreciate the extra effort, I didn’t want anyone to have to climb back upstairs to my apartment or remake anything which is why I said something on the survey part but Billy went beyond expectations and I really appreciate it!

I received a notification that my curbside pickup was ready, but I waited about 15 minutes before I eventually had to go inside to get my order. This was especially frustrating since I was in pain and chose curbside specifically to avoid having to get out of my vehicle.

I ordered 2 pizzas 2 days ago and just realized I was double billed. I called to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. What kind of manager is too busy for a customer? Aren’t we the reason you’re there? Anyway, when I explained that only a manager could help me, I was told to call back in 2 hours, and then a manager would be there. So, are they there and won’t take a customer call, or are they not there? Either way, I don’t have time and money to spend at a business that doesn’t have time for their customers.

We just recently moved to the Jacksonville Farms Terrace area and even though this store isn’t the closest to our house, it’s the one we go to. Why? Because they have great service and make delicious pizzas! When I was younger I spent 5+ years in the fast food industry. I can tell that Billy, the manager, is focused on doing things right and having great customer service. He is also friendly and has a welcoming smile.
