Most of their menu boards dont even work. Either that or they blatantly ignore you. It’s also pretty counter productive to have public restrooms when they stay locked. My daughter almost soiled herself because of this. This place needs their franchise taken from them. Do better. This will probably get some bs automated response and frankly thats ridiculous cant even bother reading all the bad reviews you get.

If you want to be treated with any modicum of basic courtesy and respect then don’t come here. The way the employees talk and act to customers is absolutely outrageous. I literally never leave negative reviews but this place is so exceptionally bad I had to say something. Not only will you be treated like gum on the bottom of someone’s shoe, the food is also going downhill. The employees obviously don’t care about what they’re supposed to be doing and the food has just become nasty. Oh, and they will also laugh at you to the other employees when they take your order on the speaker. If you’re an employee reading this then girl we can hear you, you’re not slick. You’re just being rude. In conclusion PLEASE just drive as far away from this Sonic as possible.

Whatever broad was working Drive-thru on 11/14 Friday should have way better communication- if someone says at the speaker for 8+ minutes and says hi I’m ready no more than three times get your girl to do better. No wonder she had to go outside to correct multiple vehicles drive-through orders! (:

Sonic dose such a great job with their shakes, ice cream and sides. I just wish their burgers tasted better. Over all the crew here does a fantastic job. The quality of their products brings them down.

This place absolutely SUCKS. Why do I pull up to a stall, and the entire team can see me, and doesn’t answer it? And why are all of the stalls broken? I have to go to 3 different stalls to find one that isn’t disconnected. The employees all need to be replaced. Anytime I go to the drive through, no one answers, but the car behind me pulls up, and they answer. And when they do answer “What’s your order” no, “Hi, welcome to Sonic, what can I get you?” just rude, attitude, lazy employees. I’m surprised they still get enough business to stay open. I’m tired of every time i’m trying to get a quick drink, or a quick snack, because the idea of a FAST FOOD place is to be FAST, I instead have to either wait to get someone to do their job, or have to wait 20 minutes for a simple coke. And I doubt this review will do much, considering all the other negative reviews have a reply with a copy and paste response from whoever is offering “help”. Replace the employees, fix the stalls, and get people who do their job.

I just purchased a premium breakfast burrito combo from this location. Even left a tip. When I opened the burrito to add sauce, I’d wish I would’ve saved my bucks. This is unacceptable. The cook just threw tomato slices and chunks of onions on top of meat and eggs that look like it came from the bottom of yesterday’s pan. This is ridiculous. See pictures.

Well as long as you are patient, the food is cooked fresh, and the workers are pretty respectful, but in fast food it’s not an easy job, it can be stressful at times.

They are always quick and usually get your order correct. You have to ask for extra sauce though they usually skimp on the sauce like giving out 1 ketchup pack for an order of large fries
