I want to take a moment to praise this location. I live in Vacaville and for some reason this Mountain Mike’s popped up as my pickup location without me realizing. I have never ordered from this location before so I’m not sure why the online system auto populated them. Unfortunately, I did not realize our order was sent to Oakland until I was leaving to get my food. Although our food was ready, they cancelled my order and gave me a full refund. I appreciate the kindness and the positive customer service you provided. You may a frustrating situation (that I had with the online system) into a positive. If I lived closer, I would definitely order from their location.

BEWARE!!!! THIS( MOUNTAIN MIKE’S PIZZA) IS TERRIBLE!!!! I purchased a LG- 3 Toppings and it was (HORRIBLE.. IT IS DRY NOT ENOUGH SAUCE HARDLY ANY CHEESE) 1 so I called the restaurant on Webster and let them know what me and my guest thought and I was told that they measure their cheese their sauce, their meats, their vegetables. In other words, they make sure you get the bare minimum each and every time now I have been watching mountain Mike’s commercials constantly and they show that they always use the best of ingredients and filled everything to the edge which from this mountain Mike’s on Webster was NOT TRUE. AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THE MANAGER I TALK TO MADE IT SOUND LIKE EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL EVEN THOUGH I KEPT LETTING HER KNOW IT WAS TERRIBLE I WOULD NOT GO JUST MOUNTAIN MIKE’S IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO EAT I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.. ….!!!!! Robbie is a superstar!! We’re guests in town for the football game. And we went in hoping to order a specialty pizza but half with their version of a combination and half of a chicken luau with BBQ sauce. Usually places will not honor a half and half pizza with 2 different sauces. Robbie assured me that they can make it in a reasonable time and even better than any other place!! 4 of us took refuge here for Pizza and a pitcher of IPA during the 49er game with Dallas! The place looks cleaned and well maintained but no one inside! It appears they do a lot of take out. The back room offered a private setting for 4 of us. We ordered the largest Veggie which was surprising that it did not taste like cardboard.
