I have been looking for authentic papusas everywhere, and little did I know they were in my own backyard! My husband had the gorditas and was loving every bite! Someone complained that they were slow, but that kind of food takes time to prepare. I forgot to take a before pic but we cleaned our plates!

We had to go to Elgin to drop a car off. This place was open for breakfast. They had coffee, Mexican sweet rolls, tamales and said she could make burritos. I had a tamale. It was huge and it was amazing. Husband had a burrito. The food was excellent and being that we were on the road it was a good breakfast. I don’t eat fast food. Happy we stopped.
