The service was amazing and welcoming. It was my first time here and I didn’t know what I wanted she helped me choose and I liked it. Bought a medium drink got a large so that was kind of them. Super friendly stuff and the food was good!

I used to really enjoy coming to this Firehouse Subs, but service has gone downhill recently. On our most recent visit, we were the only people there, and we waited 15 minutes for our food. In addition to the long wait, it all came up cold. The Mac and Cheese was so cold that the extra cheese they put on it didn’t melt. My brisket sandwich had melted cheese, but it wasn’t at all warm and my wife’s hook and ladder was ice cold. We weren’t acknowledged for 20-30 minutes when we went to complain about it. The pop machine was also out of at least half of the options. There was also a child in the restaurant who was running around in the dining area and behind the counter. The way he was running around made me concerned that he might get hurt, in addition to possibly creating unsanitary conditions in the food prep area. Until I hear that something has changed here, I don’t think I will be back.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy which was surprising since it was Saturday at lunch time. It took a long time to get our food, it appeared only one person working, she was doing her best. The restaurant was dirty, most of the drink options were sold out and there was clearly an issue with the soda machine as it was making strange noises and of the three available options, all tasted flat. Will not be back.

My favorite lunch spot!❤️ I work near by and they have the best sandwiches, I am always greeted with a smile Vicky is amazing and she is always working so hard, hopefully they can hire someone soon to help her during those busy lunch rushes!! Would appreciate bottles/cans of soda since the soda machine is broken 🙂

Went in there at at 12:30 in the afternoon and there were three groups ahead of us waiting for their sandwiches. We ordered ours and sat down to wait. I took 20 MINUTES to get a friggin sub sandwich. It was not like there were big groups – two groups of three and one group of one. When people came in behind us I almost yelled to them to turn and go away unless they had the entire afternoon to wait. I have NO CLUE what took so long to make our sandwiches. And, to me, the worst part, is they did not even apologize for the wait when they gave them to us. The other interesting thing was that while I waited I looked up how much went back to first responders as I had nothing else to do and it is like .12%. So, on my $28 order they gave back 3.3 cents. But they did get me to donate a $1 of my own money. Great marketing scam as well. But, the food was good once it came.

Ordered pickup on DoorDash. The incorrect bun was used which was an additional charge for “Everything Bun”, missing sautéed onions, missing sautéed mushrooms which was also an extra charge, missing the pickle completely. The salad was to be a plain “side” and has chopped meat, and NO salad dressing!! Of my experience you NEED to check before you leave THIS store, only 1 out of 5 orders seems to be 100% correct. At least I got some credits back from DD.
