Loved the self-serve method of picking your own pieces with tongs. I guess not your purist sushi experience but incredibly good value, very large selection and tasty! If you’re into hot rolls and other fried tempura and snacks – you’ll love it!

Arrived at 11:45 and there were plenty of customers. But the line moved quickly. Street parking only, which was plentiful at the time. Great sushi at a good price.
Seating for about 20 people inside. More seats outside but be warned! The seagulls will attack your table if you leave it. And I am sure the have learned if they poop on you, you will leave your table. So be sure to find a table under an umbrella.

Super delicious big sushi!!! Heaps of flavours to choose from. The scallop and smoked salmon ones are my favourite! We had lunch here and took away some for dinner:) Will definitely revisit in the future!

It tastes good but lets be honest here: What’s being served is an interpretation of Sushi. It is not actual Sushi. Even the one that’s closest to it, the salmon nigiri, has a weird quadratic shape and really is just more rice than anything else.

Great shop with variety of choice, the food there are so tasty with reasonable price. I definitely visit it again when I come back Nelson. Highly recommended.
