Tried Grain & Berry and ordered the Romaine Attraction wrap. The wrap was good, fresh and tasty, though it felt a little overdressed.
Service was okay but could be better. I wasn’t greeted until another customer walked in after me, even though the restaurant was empty at the time. The employee behind the counter didn’t let me know he’d be with me shortly. He continued his task and eventually came to the register without saying anything. When ordering, I was automatically given chips as my side without being asked what I wanted, and I didn’t realize there were other options until I later checked the menu online.
Food has potential, but a little more attentiveness and communication would improve the experience.

Grain and Berry never disappoints, but today’s visit was extra special thanks to the amazing team! Gavin, Matt, and Landon went above and beyond with their service—super kind, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious (as always), and their positive energy truly stood out. Definitely makes me want to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I ordered a peach shake week ago it was good and I watched the gentleman who made it he had plastic gloves on. I called today said I have an 80 year old mom I want her to have the best protein shake she said the Elvis shake is the best so I ordered that one hour prior to me coming in. Wasn’t ready when I walked in one of the workers was stressed out asking where are the peachesI can’t find the peaches distracting the girl who was attending to me. She said I haven’t made the shake yet. I was okay with that I had no problem waiting then a gentleman walked in I’ve seen him before he always puts his plastic gloves on and seems to know exactly what he’s doing. The girl who is making my mom’s protein shake did not have plastic gloves on and she spilled the shake partially over the cup and was wiping it down with no plastic gloves on and I said under my breath why is she not wearing plastic gloves and the male worker heard me but didn’t respond. I recently called and spoke to Abby and asked do all wear plastic gloves? She stated yes especially with dealing with raw foodI asked to speak to the owner and I’m waiting on a call I understand that they’re busy and seem short-staffed but I specifically called an hour in advance explain the situation about my mom being health compromised and needing the best protein shake she was not wearing gloves I should have said something but because they were so overwhelmed I didn’t and I’m waiting on the owner’s phone call.

Grain & Berry is great all around. The customer service is friendly and welcoming, and you’re always made to feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients—everything tastes amazing and feels healthy without sacrificing flavor. The environment is clean, bright, and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to hang out, study, or grab a meal. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with great vibes, great food, and great service. Highly recommend!

We ordered 2 bowls and toast. Both bowls had huge ice chunks in the spirulina base and the strawberries tasted fermented. My husband asked for a cup of water with his toast and was told he would have to wait until all the orders in line were filled first. I’ve never been disappointed at a Grain & Berry before.

Pretty good and prices are reasonable. The bowl was incredible! Egg Avocado toast was very well done. Smoothie could have been better, consistency was all wrong and there were large chunks of fruit at the bottom. Otherwise the flavor was great! Still excited for a returning trip. Clean shop, plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, and outlets near some of the seating if you need to get work done. Be aware parking here can be very difficult. Worth a visit though!
